"Vroon, can you please help me a little!" Yatsude's voice echoes colorfully. Magine's uncleanliness is starting to leave its mark as Yatsude's "cleaning mode" is engaged. Meanwhile, Vroon was busy collecting some books over at the library. After he exits, books in hand, a pile of garbage suddenly appears in front of him. When the Zenkaigers rush to the scene they encounter Garbage World, the source of all the trash, as he escapes to the top of his own garbage mountain. The world's first large-scale cleaning operation is now in order, as Vroon leads the team as the leading expert on cleanliness.
