It gave me happy tears, even when I lit never get them while watching dramas!
This is a literal masterpiece, i don't know why I've been avoiding it for a while. I really can't describe in words how happy I am after finishing it!It is one of the very few dramas with crime as a sub-plot
The cast and acting is chef's kiss and the chemy between not only the leads but also among the friend group is awesome
But tbh I am so in love with the leads chemy, i was so excited when they had the first kiss lmao
There's no useless drama and kinda predictable plot, but it's fun trust me
I was kinda living with the characters, a feeling which u def don't get while watching every drama
I was happy seeing them have fun, was frustrated when something was unfair, and mainly moved on with the *death* with them
I can't explain in words how happy I was at the ending, which was the second time I almost cried, first being when Wi seungkyun's father said "you did well" on him catching the criminal
Mark my words, You are missing on a really lot if u are avoiding it

I wasn´t expecting this drama to heal me but it did
I was having a hard time watching dramas, Like I wasn´t able to find a really good one this days.And I even thought that my energy to watch them was gone and it was over (I´m being a littler to dramatic over here).
But this drama healed me for real, I watched it like in two days and I was surprised that it was this good, because I was not expecting so much from this. It keet me hooked since the beginning to the end. The characters where all great and have an story to tell, the acting was good also and I didn´t find a dragging point on this drama (Except the music that was kind of random) but overall it was good and enjoyable drama.

This is a must watch drama!
In this drama there are a lot of plot twists and its enjoyable because of the many stupid and funny moments that happen. I really reccomend you guys to watch this fully. There isn't a bit of the drama whre there is no action. This is an action packed drama with a little bit of sadness in there. I had so much hipe in this drama that it wouldn't get boring and it didnt fail me. I would say there wasnt a specific part i didn't enjoy. I enjoyed every scene i watched. The story was well developed with interwoven romance building up to the finale of defeating a psychopath as they battled with hardships and learned some secrets that could've destroyed friendships but didn't let it. The brother's death right at the start j forgot about it until it got brought up again. They learned the true meaning of justice.
It was light and funny with the best friendships between all of them through intersections, the girls together and the boys together
I would love to see more prices with these actors in
However I wished we see the future with them becoming full-fledged cops and now is in the workforce

HIDDEN GEM
Where do I begin? Where do I ever begin? I watched “Rookie Cops” just because I had nothing else to watch and was desperate… The first night I sat down and watched it, I think I knew that I was about to go on one heck of a ride?The ultimate ensemble cast that makes you deeply love all these rookies as they do life together? Check. A romance that was simply amazing with fantastic kiss scenes, chemistry, and development? Check. Acting that is just plain great? Check.
Humor that will literally make you laugh out loud? Check. Suspense that will have your heart racing? Check. An element of mystery that honestly keeps you guessing till the end? Check.
“Rookie Cops” is a hidden gem here on MDL, and it is infinitely worth the watch. I loved “Police University” when it came out, but this is another level. Can’t recommend it enough.

Just jumping right in..The ML { Daniel Kang } is a rule follower who doesn’t rock the boat. Aside from his best friend, he’s a loner who seems aloof & cold to others. He’s following in his father’s footsteps & is only focused on graduating at the top. This means not challenging the way things go or questioning authority. But he’s about to meet someone who changes his thinking.
The FL { Chae Soo Bin } is a lively & friendly girl who followed her crush to Uni. in hopes of winning his affection. But as the days pass she finds her heart leading her in another direction. With every hardship she faces, it’s the ML who’s always there to help/comfort her & he quickly becomes a friend she relies on.
I loved the Leads. They’re such a wholesome couple. Witnessing their love blossom amidst hard stuff [ bullying, corruption, rivalries, & de@th of loved ones] was so beautiful. It brought light to their dark moments & gave them hope when life was overwhelming. They have such a solid relationship that nothing could ever make them walk away from one another. ❤️🩹
And their chemistry is so good! They have lots of steamy kisses that make your heart flutter! 🔥🫠
The secondary characters who form a friend squad with the Leads add to the story, not detract from it. With their presence comes drama, but that makes it more realistic. They made me laugh & they broke my heart (when you see the scene you’ll know EXACTLY what I’m referring to!). They believed that justice should always win & that nobody should be above the law. While they didn’t always get the results they wanted, they never gave up or quit trying to unveil the truth. I really liked the bond they formed & how they grew to be so loyal to one another.

Rookie crops , indeed
The drama touched on several important themes. Firstly, it emphasized the importance of not enduring harsh punishments for minor mistakes; it encouraged speaking out against unjust treatment. Secondly, it highlighted the value of trust in friendship. Thirdly, it underscored the significance of fighting for the truth, even if it puts loved ones in danger due to their involvement in past wrongdoing. Fourthly, it advised against making hasty decisions, especially when the original purpose for a chosen path has faded. Instead, it suggested taking time to reevaluate before deciding whether to continue or change course.I particularly enjoyed the development of the rookie cops' characters. One storyline that saddened me was the character who died before he could confess his love.
Although the drama occasionally became repetitive due to its case-solving format, each case ultimately interconnected with a past unresolved case, implicating the family members of two rookie cops. As the cases were solved, numerous revelations unfolded.
The chemistry between the lead characters was compelling, and I appreciated the inclusion of parallel love stories.

I was so much excited but
everything was fine but that one character death was unnecessarywhy did he have to die
everything was going so well
I'm so frustrated
this is a really good drama
I have watched many K dramas and movies and cried for the character deaths and this will be one of them
I understand that had to be done for the plot but I was really heartbroken for the characters death
I'll never forgive the Koreans for this
and I rated this a 1 for re-watch because I cannot watch that character die again
I really miss him ....

A beautiful coming-of-age series
A show that is surely good enough to recommend. This gets an 8.5/10.Every episode will hook you up. This drama is so good that I finished it in just three days. The friendship of all the KNPU students and the way they bond is so heartwarming. The plot is nice, with no draggy scenes. A lot of the characters are new to me, but they manage to be memorable, and they did a great job in their acting, especially Um Hyuk (Lee Joon Woo).
Though I find this drama good, I can't say that it is an extraordinary drama. Not much of a thriller, I find myself looking forward to the KNPU students bonding more than the action. And the main leads don't have good chemistry; the only "couple" that I find cute is the tandem of Gi Hanna and Yoo Daeil. In my opinion, this series could be a 10 if there was no romance involved.

Watch if you like profession-based with romance and youthful passion
Did not expect so much from this! I thought would just be like Police University but this has a different magical touch. Reasonable pacing, I did not feel a thing, I just watched it non-stop within 48 hours. So good debut drama for Daniel and partnering him with Soo Bin add so much flavor, an actress who can do any roles with justification without exaggeration.
