Ren Feng catches Nan Lan with Ruo Lan and promptly takes her away, leaving Nan Lan heartbroken. Gui Nong returns to find a fragile and unhappy Nan Lan. Zi Yi and Hu Fei battle the Nine Dragons Sect so they can gain boat access to journey to Guanyin Temple. Zi Yi struggles with telling Hu Fei what she has promised her master.
