The Good Impression Episode 1 Should Have Made

This episode showcases the actual relationships between the characters. The way Jingxuan just melts in Meili's presence, to the surprise of everyone, feels nothing short of magical. It also introduces Suying as not intentionally scheming, but someone who can easily fall to dishonest methods to get what she feels she deserves. And finally, this episode introduces the whole "Meili acts like a tramp who thoughtlessly drapes herself over men when she's old enough to know better" thing in a much clearer manner than the palace playtime scenes of episode 1. THIS is the episode that makes you want to watch more.
