Wang Yang Ming hears some noises coming from Bao Xiao Que's office after diagnosing his patient. He goes to check out the situation. Hu Bin, a middle-aged man, cut the queue and caused an argument between him and the other patients. Wang Yang Ming resolves the argument on Bao Xiao Que's behalf. He brings Hu Bin away from the office. He realizes that Hu Bin's son, his parents, and himself all have serious health issues. Hu Bin and his mother require immediate surgical attention.
