I also thought his character is a grey character. In my opinion it makes it much more interesting. True making me miss TTJ and DG somehow. 😔 The funny thing is his character is afraid of mouse 🐀 🐀 🐀 Hahaha FL had to deal with the mouse and he pretends that he isn't afraid of mouse. 🤣🤣🤣 Fighting with a pack of desert wolves, he's fearless but face with mouse 🐀 he's afraid. Hilarious! And I'm digging the way he flirts with FL.
LOLOL this is indeed hilarious. It is better than him being afraid of the dark. Lately I watched a lot of allof strong male leads with Nyctophobia. It is too tragic and too much related to their childhood. I find this angsting. Fearing the mice is funnier to watch. Thanks for the heads up.

Hilarious indeed but he also seems to be afraid or at least not at ease/uncomfortable with dark? 🤔 Not Nyctophobia but seems related to childhood trama. But also possible that he's afraid of mouse and feels not at ease because it's dark and can't clearly see. 🤣🤣🤣

Ok. His fear might be related to his childhood. Every ML has a past trauma to deal with. This is also what makes them more human. The truth will be revealed later. If it is trauma, I hope he manage to overcome it and stay alive at the end. If it is about mice. FL should buy him a hamster ^^. Small exposition gradually is the best to overcome fear. I admit this is funny that a great warrior fears mice. LOL

ML is played by Gala Zhang, who was the young brother of Xue Fang Fei in "The Double".
I like it so far. FL is like an anti heroine, she is ruthless sometimes. And ML is also an anti hero.
