This was SO bad.. and also toxic.
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw A LOT OF good reviews here.. cause I’ve never seen the show as bad as this one. The acting was bad the story was terrible the characters were all stupid unreasonable and annoying. The love scenes weren’t good AT ALL too. The only thing that peaked was fragrant miscommunication. I HATED EVERY CHARACTER. The decisions they made had no sense. This show felt like a fever dream. like a nightmare. Please DO NOT watch it.. save your brain cells and clarity of mind.P.S It couldn’t allow me to rate the show with 0,5s but this doesn’t deserve 1s 😭

Trash, never thought i would hate a bl but here we are
A complete trash,i can't say how much i hate this one.Like seriously i have seen worse m,like bad actings, plots, productions but as much as i disliked those i never atleast hated them but this one is an exceptional,i just hate it.It was cringe and a messy thing.I didn't even start naughty babe, the clips were enough to make me angry. But i did watched this and what a waste of time and effort,i always wish to forget or reset my brain so i could watch my loved bls again but i wish this just get deleated from my brain.I feel disgusted with myself that i even watched this.I don't hate the actors, and i din't have any limit or boundary when it comes to bl but somehow i hated everything about this one.Just why is it so famous whereas bls like not me,i feel you linger in the air,the sign, miracle of teddy bear,be my favorite, moonlight chicken(i am only talking about thai ones, let's not add the long list of other countries fav bls) don't even have the popularity it rightfully deserve. Was this review helpful to you?

Surprisingly complex
This show surprised me. It looks light and fluffy, but it's actually heavy and complex if you pay attention to the underlying themes. It's definitely a favorite, and I'd rate the main story 10/10. It's rare to find a bl series that explores the kinds of problems long-established and cohabitating couples face. It's even more rare to find a bl (or any show) that explores age-gaps seriously, and doesn't try to minimize the struggles couples face when they're at different stages of life. This show reflects the chaos of life in such a refreshing way, and does so with realistically unreliable narrators. I highly recommend watching it all the way through with an open mind, before coming to a conclusion (and remember it uses unreliable narrators, that's important!).Essentially, this series starts with two established couples who are having serious issues. The series follows them as they try to figure out life, grow as people, and repair their relationships. It's heavy stuff. Both couples have a significant age-gap, so that's an overarching theme. But a lot of other issues are explored, too. The nature of marriage, love languages, maturity, coming-of-age, social hierarchies, economic hierarchies, discrimination, equal rights, respect, miscommunication, secrets, guilt...
I adore this show. I find the many layers fascinating. Essential parts of the story are told through expressions and body language, and it's hard to pick up on it all while reading subtitles, so I get more out of it every time I watch it.
After watching it so many times, there are a few things I thought it might be helpful for people to know going in, so they can make the most of this show.
Firstly, it's important to know that a lot of the story is told through expressions and body language, so it's hard to understand what's really going on unless you can read micro-expressions and subtitles at the same time. I can't, so I have to pause A LOT. But it's worth it. I love that it's done this way. The acting is phenomenal and adds so much richness to the story.
Second, even though the show seems simple, the heavy issues the couples face are not being minimized or romanticized. There are layers. Some layers are told slowly, some are only told through facial expressions... it takes time to piece the story together, and while I absolutely love that method of story telling, it can be risky (particularly in bl, where it's not done often so can surprise people). But I promise you, when the whole story is pieced together, it's a really beautiful and inspiring story, and it's beautifully told.
Lastly, it's important to know both couples have a significant age-gap, and that plays a central role in the story. The MCs are in very different stages of life, and that makes things very complicated. And society is super judgey. But I promise, all romantic relationships are between consenting adults. And the exploration of the complicated nature of age-gaps is actually really sensitively and wonderfully done.
Honestly, though, in hindsight I think the beginning actually does a pretty good job of warning the audience that this story isn't a simple fairytale. The couples have to fight really hard to stay together. The characters are flawed. They make mistakes. Their relationships are messy. But the important thing is that they know what they want, and they put in the work to achieve it, and that's super admirable. The character growth in this show is impressive. The ending is beautiful. And I do really think the show conveys an important message.
Anyway, I know I've focused on the heavy stuff, but I really find this show very heartwarming and lovely. The characters are wonderful and adorable. The music is great. The ending is happy. And seriously, the acting is phenomenal (particularly Zee. But everyone else too).
One last thing: while the main story can be watched over and over and over, and never gets old or boring, I readily admit the side-stories don't have the same level of rewatch value, and I have started to skip those on rewatch.

Lame
What do you mean you had a whole life before him? So Keau was living his whole life before he started liking ML and then compromised his whole personality to fit this other guy…I found myself getting more and more annoyed with his character. Finished the series for the sake of finishing it. Honestly not a fan of them. Refuse to watch another shows they’re in.Was this review helpful to you?

If you don't like it then don't watch it.
I enjoyed this drama. You have two characters who have been betrothed their entire childhood to each other. The older one Lian is more responsible and pragmatic in his thinking. Lian loves the little one Kuea whom he has known since he was a baby. Lian could have been a complete jerk and extremely possessive over Kuea. Instead, as they were nearing the time to be married Lian wanted to make sure of his own feelings as well as knowing if he was deserving of Kuea's love and admiration. Lian loved Kuea but did that love come around just because his family also pressured him to take care of Kuea due to their close family ties?Kuea has only ever had eyes for Lian but that kinda turned him into a doll aka Annabelle. A possessed doll of love who only acted a certain way around Lian because he thought he had to act a certain way due to Lian's position in life: family and business. Lian wanted the real Kuea to be with him forcing Kuea to "act out" and show his true self (Kirin). Lian liberated Kuea and Kuea liberated Lian in being able to freely love him for him and not what Kuea thought Lian wanted him to be.
The side couple were two of my favorite people Max and Nat aka Yi and Diao. Their story was interesting but they later go on to do Naughty Babe (which was a little confusing and way more dramatic than it should have been IMO).
Overall I thought this drama was cute and I've re-watched it several times. I found NuNew's acting really cute and adorable.

My go-to comfort show
It is an absolute 10/10 for me so there are only likeable things for me:1. First of all, arrange marriage for BL? the ORIGINAL idea hooked me right away. It is like a breathe of fresh air from university and high school romances
2. I am head over heels for ZeeNuNew
3. I absolutely loved the main couples interactions-childishness of the younger one and teasing of the older one
4. The other couple was cute as well and I liked their slow development which is a rare for me

One of the worst bl i have watched
Both the main leads and the second leads are the blandest characters in the series. Sure, they are "attractive" but they're not a bit charismatic, they don't have a personality outside the cliché. Kuea is supposed to be a "bad boy" that likes bikes and music, his worst fear is that Lian won't love him because he is "different", excuse me different how? literally, his personality doesn't change, he only has a few hobbies that are "not the norm".If he was similar to Payu from Love in the air I would have understood the point but he's like every other bottom out there except he likes bikes. The plot is what I dislike most about this series. In the first episode, Lian rejects Kuea saying he doesn't love him and doesn't want to marry him. First, when I watched this i was like, okay, he does love him but he has a secret, that will be revealed in the last episode, that is the reason he has to say that. But he doesn't really have a reason for rejecting him, Lian expends the rest of the series trying to get back together with Kuea, so what was the point in rejecting him?
He explains that he doesn't like him acting like a doll (which he does because Lian doesn't pay any attention to him), but you could just expend more time getting to know him. Not saying you don't want to marry him just to be chasing him, begging him to marry you just a couple of days later?
It was exasperating, like the whole point of the series is the PDA.
The second leads more or less have the same plot, like nothing really different here.
The only charismatic characters are the thirds leads, Syn and Nuer, but they have five minutes of screen time in the whole series.

Missed Opportunity
I honestly don't know why I watched this show because it wasn't something that I would see myself watching. This was my first time watching a show from this company, so I didn't have any high expectation going into this.Storyline/Plot: The plot was very simple despite me having to re-watch the first-two episodes twice to get the jist of it. The beginning was very good in terms of pacing, I liked how they got to the point of the conflict. The arrange marriage aspect of the show was self-explanatory and even the main characters getting ''Married'' even though same sex marriage isn't legalized. Furthermore, I liked how they talked about some issues within the LGBTQ+ but I felt like they could have done more with it since it was just a couple of times throughout the drama. However, what I didn't like was that the Main Character Lian and Kuea they didn't feel like a couple but more like father and son. Which was unhealthy to me for their relationship since it felt like Lian was a bit too overbearing at times with Kuea. Moreover, I would have like them to be more character development with Kuea because he was just too far up Lian's behind. He felt like he just existed to be around Lian even though Lian had his own hobbies and skills of his own. Moreover, the kitchen scene was very out of place and triggering because Lian could have just comforted Kuea instead of making out with him in such a way that seemed out of nowhere. Especially since Lian does have a harsh way of being mean/cold towards Kuea when he doesn't do something correct as Lian comes off as a perfectionist. I also hated how most of the show was about the two couples Khon Diao/ Yi and Lian/Kuea having communication issues and they just kept on dragging the issue without solving it and could have just expanded the plot.
Acting/ Cast: This was my first time watching all the actors in the show. The actors were okay, there wasn't anything special about them as the plot just fell flat and was pretty simple. The actors could do more if the plot had substance to it.
Music: Most of the music came from Nunew, he is a great singer, but there was one episode where he was singing, and it just became annoying that they had him sing what felt like five songs back-to-back.
In conclusion, I would not rewatch this show again, the show isn't the most terrible thing to come out of a BL genre, but it was cute for what it was. This would be a drama that you just watch to past the time if you have nothing else to do and want to put on something on the TV.

Jay's the best
Watched almost 10 episodes of this just because of ZeeNunew and NuerSyn but I got tired, this relationships just look so toxic, like Nuea doesn't even feel safe to tell his lover about his interests. And it also looks like these people can't kiss without having sex, like chill bro the world ain't ending. Anyways I've watched worse things so... Also I love Jay so much, he's the best character in all of this series. Was this review helpful to you?

It was really boring for me as least
At the beginning is was going good but after it just got straight up BORING. It felt like the screenwriters got tired. It kinda goes nowhere tbh. Also TutorYim barely got no screen time at all.
btw I kinda only watched it for Yim ‘-‘
But music was good! Kept dancing to it.
