The show has a same vibe as KinnPorsche - plot wise, action, ost and story overall. I you like mafia themed series like KinnPorsche this show is a Yes for you.

Kinnporsche has mafia vibes but also love scene. However Kinnporsche is more towards loving side compare to playboyy as we see a lot of dark theme and topic. It did a good job in terms of having a rebel getting into the mafia industry and how he developed in that area.

Addicted wasn’t given the mature rating it deserves. KinnPorsche gives you that with great production value.

It's action, and the production-level is high quality. The two also has plot that are not main character-driven, meaning that it does not heavily depend on the progress of the romantic relationship between the two leads. The parallel of the two main leads of the two series are also uncanny.

It's an introduction to the characters in KinnPorsche due to the interview being with the entire main cast. For already established fans it's another way to learn more about each actor.

Both are Thai BL series that is about a bodyguard romance. In My Golden Blood, it is supernatural themed as the vampire acts as a bodyguard to protect a person with a valuable blood type from other vampires while in KinnPorsche, a fighter is hired as a bodyguard to protect a mafia's son.

Both series have a story about people who are madly in love, despite knowing better. Both series are made by the same team (director, screenwriter, cinematographer). The cinematography gives a similar vibe and the storytelling is good enough to make you sympathise with the supposed bad guy.

While the storyline is different (office vs mafia setting), there is similarity in terms of the sexual tension and level of intimacy. KP is as hot, if not, hotter than BedFriend when it comes to the love scene, which is a rare gem in BL. Not one of those "barely touch the lips" scene

Both have a more mature storyline, that isn't another typical school setting and youth puppy love.

It clearly is a very condensed 'adaptation' of kinnporsche, the first few episodes had the same lines and plot setting like Kinnporsche.

Both Jack & Joker (uncut) & KinnPorsche (la Forte) have a romance feel mixed in with mafia elements. KinnPorsche is a bit more violent and much more risqué than Jack & Joker however Jack & Joker has a unique charm to it with the friendships and family dynamics that KP doesn’t grasp. Both are BL / LGBT Thai based dramas.

The same actors in equally lavish and beautifully filmed productions. Come for the cinematography, stay for the performances. Whether a fight, dance, or NC scene, the choreography and chemistry are undeniable. Did I mention they're visually stunning? The shots too (lol).
