What a man and a powerful lead woman.I mean, they both are talents on tv, but this drama started well.A CEO and a journalist. Both in finance industry. It reminded another office story(but no, it is not Love Is Sweet). As for Shuyi's ex-boyfriend, he is a jerk of course. I guess he has been betraying her since year before or something like that, nothing recent.

The first episodes shows Shu Yin hungry to get the cover article of Financial Vision magazine. But not too hungry to play dirty with Yuling. to whom the magazine gave Shi Yan's interview. But Shi Yan insists that Shu Yi interviews him.A great introduction to our FL and ML. Sets up intrigue of why Shi Yan wants Shu Yi to interview him.

Introduces a different kind of female lead. Shu Yi is brilliant, ambitious and self-centered. She begs off having dinner with her boyfriend so she can score an interview with the mysterious CEO of a venture capital firm, Shi Yan.

There's something about the way Bailu portrays Zheng Shu Yi in an endearing and light-hearted way which I find is better than how the character is written in the Cnovel. Glad they got the heartbreak out of the way in this episode so we can look forward to our leads' story.
