Sung Hee hears that Eun Sung is going to file a lawsuit about Pyung Joong's insurance benefit. Seung Mi is afraid that the truth will be known to all but Sung Hee comfort her by saying that she has everything prepared. Hwan confesses to Seung Mi that he is in love with Eun Sung, which lets her down. Eun Sung tells Joon Se that she is unable to work in the Cruz Restaurant. Joon Se can't help shedding tears as he knows that Eun Sung is deeply in love with Hwan. On the other hand, Seung Mi begs Eun Sung to not accept Hwan’s love. Taking advantage of grandmother's health, some shareholders of the company rise in rebellion and want to seize her power.
