Michiko Daimon, a freelance genius surgeon who was hired by Totei University Hospital at the discretion of Ryutaro Hachisuka, the director of internal medicine who promotes organizational reform led by internal medicine on behalf of the director. After saving a patient with an infectious disease without a vaccine or a silver bullet, she himself became infected. She managed to save her life and was forced into her hard rehabilitation to fully recover as her surgeon as soon as possible. However, her efforts were vain, and she couldn't take charge of her surgery at all... Meanwhile, Hachisuka shows a suspicious movement.
