Stuck On You Episode 2 Reactions
enjoyed this ep - was very trepidatious in the 1st ep, cause of Dranreb /@trueloveskiss - he too sweet and naïve, yeah he all bitchy and not afraid to buttheads with John /@alt.media. but it so comes off as a front, as u know (after the panic attack in the 1st ep) that he isn't that confident in himself and not only cause he a virgin. but add to that, his innocent, open and caring personality. who is just waiting for the "right" guy to come along, and we all know how easy it is to fall for an injured soul while ur forced to cohabitate - that closeness can make anyone fall hard, and delude yourself that "he is the one" and then u either think u can save or help him, and that just recipe for heartache. especially when he Not looking to be saved or for love. *********so was very worried about Dranreb , cause he a sweetheart that doesn't deserve to get his heartbroken, cause John an injured soul that isn't over his ex (ノへ ̄、) *************************************************************************************************but Dranreb feisty and full of spunk - and it's fun to watch him give as good as he get's or not take it quietly - not always. even though John is bordering on mean, most of the time and not in a cute way. get he is frustrated and angry at life, cause of reasons... and it all to easy to take it out on someone who is vulnerable and also dependent on him for the next 2 weeks. but it's annoying to watch - cause he being a bully and i want to slap him. he angry at his ex go search her out - don't hurt an innocent bystander that isn't a fault (ノ*ФωФ)ノ

Episode 2: Alternative Living was an adorable and sensible episode. Aside from highlighting the leads' character contrasts, this episode also delve into JM's past relationship with Aaliyah. JM and Reb's alternative living predicament was also effectively contextualized in Philippine social realities like poor internet connection and strict community quarantine policies. For those asking, yes, the Philippines has strict lockdown policies compared to other countries. There was a time when a quarantine pass was even required in order to move around outside the house within specific schedules. And only one person per household can use the pass. It's only recently that the vaccinated elderly are allowed to go out of the house. Stuck On You might exaggerate a bit here and there but for the most part, this series presented realistic situations. Related to this, script was realistic and relatable with cute, funny, and heartwarming lines. Acting was on point with impressive subtleties. Iyo, with or without shirt, lol, is charming while there's something mysterious and unfathomable about Yves. Production technicals were mostly fine although there were a couple of bad camera shots. Editing was alright. The Spotify playlist for this series' official soundtrack was recently updated. It's a really good playlist. For the next episode, I'm curious what happens to JM and Reb given the sudden electric power interruption (yes, sadly, sudden power outage is also part of Philippine social realities).
