While hanging out in a karaoke room with his friends, Beom Seok runs into the bullies from his previous school. Soo Ho makes them apologize, but Beom Seok isn't happy with Soo Ho ordering him around. Shi Eun becomes more worried about Beom Seok who seems to be getting more unstable.

I hate Yoengi and she just ruins the whole vibe for me. Boem Seok is so lost! I feel bad for him but Su ho was just trying to help. Side note: Can a person be equally smitten whith 2 different people with completely different personalities? Si Eun and Su Ho, goodness my heart.

This episode was heartbreaking to watch. Beom Seok was a good kid but he grew in a household where he's abused and was bullied at the school. All those emotions piled up until he snapped and turned into something he hated, being the bully. Aigoo, he just needed some love and validation but too bad he wasn't able to realize that Si Eun and Su Ho were the real bros he needed.

I think it shows realistically how someone would have warped thinking from being abused, bullied and treated like an inferior person for years - the way he misinterprets the situation as him being looked down on, or feels like an outsider. Some of the reviews here are naive or hopelessly sheltered IMO. I also like how they show a difference between his true friends and the new friends - the true friends step in when Beomseok is going too far and going to do things that harm his moral dignity, whereas the new "friends" encourage him to throw away his moral dignity.

This was a very hard episode to watch, and very heartbreaking.I can see and clearly understand where Beom Seok is coming from, which makes it harder to rationalize it as well, it's a very spot-on depiction of what exploding one's frustrations on things they are inherently against. His father's abuse, the bullying, feeling less than his friends, it all adds up to something very dark. Shi Eun was on the right track trying to get to him, but it seems, Beom Seok gave in to his temptations.

so much happened this episode omg. i knew the glasses guy would be a bully if those two didn’t keep him in check. i mean i get that those bullies deserved worse but he could have at least said thank you. now he’s a bully but worse than that those guys know he has money. it’s rlly not gonna end well. ngl i thought he had a crush on the guy with a cast.

The character is really well played, actually so well played that it made me cringe a little, he was so unreasonable.

i feel so sad for bum seok. he's been abused all his life and now he starting to snap! soo-ho wrapping his arm around him all the time without realizing that his back must be full of sore bruises because of the abuse
