For me, as long as the storyline is progressing nicely, the drama is always entertaining. And this has baby bumpy road compared to xianxia, with its tons of angst 😅

My point was that the drama is just too much on the rocky road side. I am usually more forgiving but I find myself so tired of it, and others feel the same. If you know me, you will know I am not one to keep bashing a drama, but this one is just too tiring right now. I considered waiting for the rest of it before watching ep 30 but then I decided to get it over with.

So sorry that you feel that way. Waiting until it is wrapped up or stopping altogether is what you can do for now.
I do that to the drama that I no longer enjoy watching. I have plenty of them. Sometimes I continue till the ending and sometimes I stop and watch something else.
A drama or any form of entertainment product is not suppose to tire us out, especially when we have option and can switch to something else we like.

Usually, I am quite tolerant. I even rate dramas 10 when there were some disappointments. But this one is making me lose my patience.
