This episode was so sad.... 😭💔 And Zhao Ling vomiting after executing General Mo — the lengths he has to go to and the things he must do to remain in the Emperor's favour... 😟 I really want them to get out of the political game and return to Ganlin Town... But even that would not be the same anymore with the Northwest feeling betrayed by Zhao Ling and Tingyun.His heart is with his roots and he's struggling so much to remain loyal to the Emperor, but I want him to talk about that with Tingyun — he's trying to shoulder most of those burdens alone, and that really isn't doing anyone any favours. 😔

Ding Yuxi is a brilliant actor, that expression change with the scroll will be noted down. Minister Yu gave some good advice to Zhao Ling in this episode, that is unfortunately what power means. Ting Yun's fear of turning into Mrs. Yu was valid, because I don't thing she started off as a bad person, but the circumstances turned her into one.
