this ep took me a while to finish, reading…

this ep took me a while to finish, reading the comments thought everything regarding the new work and employee's seemed a bit unrealistic. but watching this it was tough, get them and her. but that's reality. in most countries (that i know) the government give's companies, anyone that will hire handicapped people or even minorities, benefits. no one likes to find out they got a job, just cause they one or the other, but that's life and u gotta deal - like u gotta deal with how doubly tough it's gonna be to work in a workplace with a handicap. it's not only getting used to the work, but how the other coworkers treat u, can add to the burden or help. the dude that runs that chip shop has a good heart and great intentions, so glad everything worked out for the better - but it wasn't realistic. ************************************************************************************************************************************but this like most plot's in dramaland (let alone) J-dramaland tend to be all fluffy puppies and rainbows, where everything magically works out, and as i am totally rooting for the mains, as individual's and together - will over look this plot-hole. **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************but hard to overlook Hachiko, who has lost the plot - know Morio in-spite of his tough exterior is all heart and once he likes u (as he doesn't have family) u become family. so he believed Hachiko got the message and they "good", which watching the end - aint the case. also find it so ironic that a girl that know how getting bullied feels, is now targeting someone like Yukiko - cause she jealous **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note - Hachiko did kiss Morio, the fact that he didn't kiss Shishio (which talk about hilarious turn of events) it was cause he just wanted to check how much Izumi could see through that plastic bag, he wasn't looking to reenact that moment lol.
