Heartbreaking and moving.

The whole episode really kept me on my toes and I was shivering throughout every event, from the DMAT doctors’ emotions and the scenes between the crash site, operating rooms, and courthouse. It truly opened my eyes to appreciating doctors and emergency providers. The acting is just so real and I was tearing up every second. Dr. Jang also really moved me with how much he cared about his felt doctors.

Man-made disaster - No time to ever catch a breath at Doldam.

Decrepit building in a redevelopment area. The many cracks in the building were insufficient to the scare the humans and businesses continue to operate - a tuition center, a dance studio, a tteokbokki store, a laundromat, etc.

***SPOILERS AHEAD***

--LIKE--
1) Teacher Kim is once again in charge of Doldam Hospital and the Trauma Center because the Trauma Center Head (Cha Jin Man) believes he should prioritize the lawsuit to treating disaster patients.

--MINOR LIKES--
2) Dr Cha Eun Jae and Dr Seo Woo Jin skips lunch as they prioritize the emergency, and rushes to the scene - shows how they are truly Teacher Kim's students.

3) [19:25] Nurse Park Eun Tak leading the walk out (as part of those dispatched as the First Response Team) with Jang Dong Hwa and Manager Jang Gi Tae behind him.

4) Dr Yang Ho Joon is behaving like a doctor in Doldam Hospital. He can treat patients and is not a paper doctor after all.

--NOT A FAN--
(1) Irritating student who:
a) ignores the fact that her parents are paying for her tuition fee and skips classes for the dance studio;
b) slurs at the teacher trying to bring her and her friends to safety;
c) insists on not leaving the dangerous collapsed underground floor (with the excuse that she would only leave with the teacher as she felt bad for slurring at him, despite the teacher coming to her rescue regardless of her rude behavior earlier in the day), delaying the rescue and risking the lives of the rescue staff even further.

(2) Trauma Centre Head (Cha Jin Man):
a) ignoring calls from the Trauma Center during work hours - one wonders if he would pick up his phone if his beloved daughter called or if someone rich and powerful called;
b) [10:31] thinking that he needs to go to Court to explain what is needed to "look better for the Trauma Center" even when other high-ranking staff believes that it is putting an elephant into the fridge.
c) [10:45] insisting that (in his own words) "the complaining party should put up with the shortage of medical staff due to the useless lawsuit". [Food for thought - does this imply that innocent patients should suffer the consequences due to a separate incident?]

Note:
>> Nothing that wrong with the Trauma Center Head's decision as it's his choice to make and determine priorities as a leader. While it's clear what most fans of Dr Romantic prefer, people may or may not agree with his choice.
>> Just wondering if the Trauma Center could have mass SMSed every doctor (including the Center Head) of the emergency situation so that they can all do their part, instead of wasting precious doctors' and nurses' time calling people who will not pick up?

(3) [09:10] Assemblywoman Ko using the lawsuit for personal/political reasons:
a) To "not put a price on her son's life", but to question why "a large sum of money from the provincial budget must be used on a Trauma Center, when Doldam Hospital already exist";
b) To "prove the illusion and worthlessness of the Trauma Center" through her son's death - in her words, this was the true objective of the lawsuit.

Note:
>> It is fine for her to try to prove her point using the way she thinks is most effective, especially since it is her job to make sure the provincial budget is used wisely. However, her words:
i) makes it harder and harder to sympathize with her loss as a mother; and
ii) makes one question her capabilities and intentions as a politician, and whether she is actually using whatever means, including her own son's life, to gain popularity (or facetime with the media/reporters) instead.
