Poignant and very sad, with nuanced performances.

This episode was so sad and heartbreaking! Luohuan doing all that to save everyone, and yet only his close friends understand. Qi doesn't even love or properly remember him anymore, thinking he never really cared for her, since she didn't have a choice in being there. But he did, deeply, and his reward is to lose her and die and be erased from everyone's memories. They will think Jinzhao did his deeds. Ahhhh; so sad!! I cried a lot through this episode. Xu Kai and the man who plays his mentor did a very, very good job of portraying all this. That nuanced showing of things that aren't all said, just implied by what we see them do, including their expressions. Very well acted by them. I hate that Qi and her current friends don't have much compassion for Luohuan, and have set their hearts against him because he is part of the sect that has manipulated these events - even though they've done it to save everyone. I wish they could understand. Jinzhao has begun to. Really impressed with Xu Kai's acting through this series, and especially during this chunk of episodes as both characters.
