Best so far!

Episode 9 truly impressed me, especially with its captivating sequence of fight scenes. I appreciate the narrative choice to break away from the typical trope where the male lead always saves the day. Seeing Yue Qi take charge and demonstrate her strength to protect everyone added a refreshing twist to the storyline. What caught my attention is the departure from the conventional narrative where the male lead is the sole hero. Witnessing Yue Qi emerge as a powerful and capable character, potentially even the strongest among the group, challenges the stereotypical gender roles in storytelling. It's a commendable move by the writers to introduce such a dynamic and formidable female character. The mystery surrounding Jin Zhao's identity adds another layer of intrigue to the plot. As his true strength remains unrevealed, it raises anticipation regarding whether he is on par with Yue Qi or even equals her in terms of strength. This unpredictability and the complex dynamics between the characters make Episode 9 stand out in the series, leaving me eager to see how the story develops further!

Growth of Qi

We can see Qi power awakens when he save Jin Zhao from the mythical creatures they encountered.Qi who is pampered by Jin Zhao tries her best to make fire even when her hand bleeds. What a touching scene. When Qi tries to be independent, Jin Zhao didn't seem want to because he felt that he won't be needed by Qi soon.
