The First Responders

*Perfect partnership of police and firefighters!*

I started this drama actually with not much expectations but it delivered so much that this is now one of my favourites. From the storyline, to the cast, to the music everything was amazing. Now I am really excited to see what the season 2 brings and how it can top season 1. What I liked-

1. CHARACTERS- I love the fact that all characters especially supporting cast was not outshined by the leads they had their own contribution (special mentions to Kang Gi Doong (Myeong pil) :)). The developing romance is great and i am looking forward to how it developes in the 2nd season. The subtle bromance between Kim Rae won (jindo dog) and Son Ho jun (bulldozer) is my favourite.

2. MUSIC- music is the absolute best, offcially part of my playlist now!

There's only one fact that is bothering me- the performance that all cast has shown and the hard work and training that they have put in this drama ( which by the way you can watch in youtube behind the scenes), they should be lined up with more projects and more recognition, this aired back in 2022 and its 2026!

Is this drama kind of like those underrated ones?
If so it really deserves more recognition.

I would like to compliment the leads on a lovely job they did for this season. Kim Rae Won really portrayed his character so well I was able to feel all his emotions and his trauma as my own. The dynamic friendship between the male leads was a breathe of fresh air. This show portrayed the friendship between the male leads so beautifully. The relationship between the male lead and the female was beautifully written as well. This show could be easily be one of the best Kdrama of it's time. The characters are so well written. I loved every episode. The plot and twist were most definitely worth it. The cliff hanging ending tho. I am a little worried but really excited for Season 2

Se avete amato tutte quelle serie americane come Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, 911 e Criminal Minds, non potete assolutamente perdervi questo spettacolo. Per la prima volta da tempo mi sono sentita nella mia totale comfort zone. Qui davvero c'è di tutto, è anche parecchio cruento a volte quindi per le persone troppo sensibili metterei un freno alla visione. Per tutti gli altri, invece, un'unica raccomandazione: non siate troppo pignoli su alcune cose. In vero, non ce ne sarà nemmeno il tempo perchè questo drama va alla velocità della luce con continui colpi di scena, suspense, azione, congetture, e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Esiste un filone romantico ma è davvero il nulla in confronto al resto, non fa "rumore" e non getta nell'ombra e alle ortiche tutta l'altra parte. Altra cosa che ci tengo a sottolineare, nonostante si parli di primo soccorso, è che c'è una forte componente poliziesca che a volte sovrasta vigili del fuoco e medici; ma dopo i primi due ep non ci ho fatto più caso in quanto la cosa funziona talmente bene che non mi ha dato alcun fastidio.
La recitazione è al top, il sentimento di famiglia è forte, la crescita dei rapporti di fiducia è evidente.
Non vedo l'ora che arrivi la seconda stagione anche in Italia perchè voglio assolutamente andare avanti.
