Kei×Yaku: Abunai Aibou

Manga bromance almost romance.

I just started watching Cold case lately and also just found out that both are made by the same director and both crime/mystery genre.

This was the first BL drama I watched and really liked a few years ago. I know KeiXYaku is not romance genre like trapped and focus almost completely on investigation part but the similarity between Police and Gangster working behind the back for the mysterious death of someone’s close to them is undeniable.

Both dramas feature a policeman and a member of the Yakuza who are allies in the quest to find out what happened to a woman they were both very attached to.

In Ouroboros they're siblings in everything but blood, and in Kei x Yaku what they have is closer to a romance.

Ootani and Tachibana have been inseparable since high school. Now that they're in college, they live together, they're happy and everything seems perfect. But their little world is disrupted when they meet an old high school friend, Yuki, who seems to have a crush on Tachibana, making Ootani feel jealous and insecure. Will Tachibana really choose him over a pretty girl?

It's the story of two men on different sides of the law, too. The atmosphere is similarly dark, and it is directed and acted well.

It’s a thriller, in a medical scenario involving human organs trafficking. This is a BL, warning for those who are not into this genre. But plot is very good and with great Prodn values.
