The fake documents grant Nat full control of the company. She fires Lalin right away for objecting. Convinced that Tul is dangerous, Phrao swears allegiance to Lalin before Lalin heads out to see Pong. Nu mentions how suspicious Tul looks, so Tul threatens to kill him if he keeps it up. Pong takes Warong to his family estate, but he escapes, thinking he is being held by bad guys. Phrao breaks into her dad's office safe to get a document, but Tul is about to walk in.
