APENAS AGRADÁVEL
É uma história um tanto clichê, mas bem conduzida e dinâmica. As atuações foram muito boas, e gostei da sublimidade e sutileza ao abordar a provável homossexualidade de Ri Hyeong Sang. A forma como ele se sentia sufocado ao seguir o rígido padrão do regime norte-coreano foi bem transmitida, especialmente ao mostrar sua disposição em carregar esse fardo a qualquer custo. Na visão dele, Gyu Nam também deveria suportar esse peso.Outro destaque foi a atuação de Hong Xa Bin, que interpretou o imaturo e inconsequente soldado Dong Hyeok. Para mim, o drama transmitiu claramente a mensagem de que a Coreia do Sul está aberta aos desertores do norte, com um viés político e humanitário intrínseco.
Já notei que em dramas sul-coreanos há uma tendência a estereotipar outras etnias e culturas, exagerando em alguns aspectos e, por vezes, cometendo equívocos. No filme, todos os norte-coreanos são retratados como extremamente pardos, com suor exagerado nos rostos.
No geral, é um bom filme, porém, não memorável.

THRILLING, SAD and DEEP
First of All I really appreciate that one of the characters here is gay, I liked it that they have portrayed that gays can be everywhere and that they can be cool even if they are gay Just like Chief Hyeon Sang.The Movie was so thrilling and unpredictable, as a person like me who have watched tons of movies and dramas, I sometimes kinda predict what the story is all about and how will the story goes, the story here is common but what I mean lately as unpredictable was the scenes, I thought what will happen next will be like this but I was wrong , is it called the plot twist ? and that made the movie so exciting.
In some ways for all of the fan of Korean things we are quite informed about their country , the North and South Korean Division, shows at south like this shows that North Korea is like more of the cruel one and the South is more of a the free country something like that, but who knows . I did not care about that , their issue is their own , regardless of it, I was really entertained by the movie.
I liked the cinematography, if we would see this movie as a whole it was quite simply, someone who wants to escape , that's it ! and someone who wants to do something but was not able to do because of his country and his father the plot has a deep meaning and sense if we would really understand it
The acting was 10/10 , as we have all known Koreans always use their full emotions in each situation so acting was always convincing and nicely done
In some ways I think the movie was too short , I thought it would reach up to 2 hour movie just like the movies nowadays , I hope it would be longer. All in all super love it the story was on point and a very nice ending, I was really afraid in the middle because I thought Kyu Nam was not gonna make it or in some scenes I thought he would be caught, I liked his bravery it was like two people , one was brave enough to do what he wants and one was not able to do what he wants because of commitment and loyalty.
Above all as you all know I am a die hard fan of Lee Je Hoon so for me everything he does is lovely so I am really sorry of being biased here, but I believe even not a fan like me or just looking for some movie to watch would like this . Lee Je Hoon was so handsome and has a very nice body figure and he was literally my dream man ! I will definitely watch this movie million times !

Vivi muito tempo me sacrificando. Desperdicei dias a fio sem um pingo de ambição. mas tive esse pensamento de querer algo, mesmo que seja muito pequeno, posso realizar isso sozinho. Acho que queria me ver nesse estado. Esse era meu sonho. Então eu realizei meu sonho? Estou feliz? Sinceramente não sei. A vida ainda é difícil e às vezes choro sem motivo. mas consigo reunir minhas forças nesses momentos. Não posso simplesmente ficar parado. É por isso que estou feliz agora.

The Bastard that I loved
The Bastard that I loved, u otras cosas que no me esperaba para nada. O sea , está subtrama gay no me la esperaba para nada y encima con Song Kang y Kyo Hwan, necesito saber más.La película es bastante meh y hay muchas cosas en el guión que no tienen sentido. ¿Cómo es que pisas una mina y no te mueres ? Aparte de la infinidad de veces que puede matarlo y no lo hace . No tiene sentido alguno. Aparte esa frontera que no está para nada protegida, ya te digo yo que en la realidad no pasa eso ni de coña. Y como entran los soldados surcoreanos a recoger al desertor como pedro por su casa y encima arguyendo derecho internacional como si a Norcorea le importase.
Me fastidia porque tiene un pedazo de elenco de actores como Lee Je Hoo, Kyo Hwan , Esom , Hyun Woo entre otros y siento que la historia flaquea mucho. Y eso que no he comparado con un Kdrama que explotó y supo sacar juego a toda la temática, D.P.
Mira que no me gusta encasillar a los actores prefiero que me sorprendan y verles actuar en distintos roles para ver si de verdad saben actuar, pero no te lo voy a negar a veces una chica necesito ver a Lee Je Hoo pegar tortas a diestro y siniestro para sentir que el mundo está bien.

Menurutku ini film keren banget, tegangnya jelas dapat waktu kyunam mulai berusaha melarikan diri. Parahnya dia nglakuin segala cara yang gak terbayangkan sebelumnya krn terdesak dan itu bikin speechless. Gaya inteleknya hyun sang untuk menangkap desertir juga bikin kagum soalnya waktu di D.P dia konyol bgt hihi, yang sangat di sayangkan gak ada adegan intens antara hyun sang & woo min. Romancenya nanggung ih, pdhl ngarep banget di ending ada scene hyun sang nemuin woo min dan ngikutin saran kyunam untuk bebas memilih jalan hidup krn hyun sang udh berkaca-kaca seolah pngn balik ke 'si brengsek yang dicintainya' tapi ternyata itu cuma harapan kosongku aja.Was this review helpful to you?
Excellent Lee Ji Hoon
The film nous tient en haleine de bout en bout, la performance des acteurs principaux et notamment Lee Ji Hoon est énorme.Je savais qu'il était très talentueux, vu dans Taxi driver notamment, mais là il est bluffant. Koo Kyo Hwan que je ne connaissais pas et lui aussi très convaincant.
L'histoire est somme toute banale, un soldat de Corée du nord veut aller au sud, il se prépare méticuleusement mais bien sûr rien ne va se passer comme prévu. Il a fait 10 ans de service, il va bientôt être libéré, et du coup il veut être libéré complètement, avoir de vrais choix au sud, alors que, sans famille et sans pouvoir, son avenir au nord est tout tracé, dans les mines par exemple.
Le film est un film d'action, mais qui permet d'entrapercevoir la vie difficile des soldats de Corée du nord.

Meski secara keseluruhan film ini solid, ada beberapa hal yang terasa kurang. Motivasi dan latar belakang beberapa karakter kurang begitu digali. Selain itu, ada adegan-adegan yang terasa agak terlalu kebetulan atau terlalu mudah, seperti efek plot armor yang mengurangi ketegangan.
Film ini recommended buat yang suka action thriller dengan pace cepat dan tensi tinggi.
