really enjoying Jaab & Jeng's relationship, they like real sibling. pity this not more of a drama, cause i would rather watch them then watch Pat flounder around, like a headless chicken. he is such a pain, always seems so clueless, with that pained look on his face, it is getting really tiresome the over reacting to everything & ironically when he has to react in normal time - like when ever Jeng asks him a question, he goes into retard mode & keeps making weird ass faces & stuttering.. this cute??? **************in real life no matter how attractive the person is, anyone interested in them would lose interest fast, if this is how they behaved all the time & sorry but Pat aint that attractive - not for all the 'work' Jeng is putting into making himself worthy of that moron. if anything from where i sit Pat isn't worthy of Jeng & never will be. that's why found it hysterical when he told Jeng that he was cruel, this bleedin moron doesn't know what that word means i guess... but he is stupid - so little wonder. but the fact that he is able to gaslight Jeng into believing that sh*t, who for whatever reason is this insecure, is the really sad part.
*******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Jeng & Jaab's mother told Jaab that she left her 1st bf to be with his father, cause he was way hotter, guess both the sons have got the hot gene from him - cause they both smokin. even though Jen & Jaab not really sibling (or rather the actor's playing them) but dude, they both so smooth with it, they could turn anyone into a puddle at their feet...lol **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************idk how i feel about Pat accepting the shark after the afternoon he spent with Jeng - but as i think Jeng it too good for him i aint too bothered (even though Jeng would be, sadly) so will see how this develops. also the conversation wasn't enough to know what went on in that relationship & who's side i am on. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************regarding Jaab & Jane, Jaab looks ok when he is working & around Jane - but when he is alone & around his family u can see that he is bothered by what isn't happening between him & Jane. so hope in the next ep we get more of them , so we can see what's what

Wth, I thought Pat is already in love with Jeng but he just accepted his ex like that? -_- I love my love triangles but this ain't it. Pat is such a whiny child and confused af.

This episode had just what I needed 😃😃From jeng feeling self conscious about what pat thought about his cooking, going home and perfecting the shrimp. Asking if he ate and offering a meal saying it’s a 2 for 1 he doesn’t wanna waste 😃Him asking why his back hurts and suggesting going furniture shoppingBut then best parts were when he stares into his fhukcing eyes when lowering his gamer chair 😃😃😃 and when pat stared into his eyes when he put the chef hat on him 🤭🤭 those scenes are enough to give this a high review. You will smile like an idiot feel ready to pounce watching those scenes

Damn this show really all about this goofy love triangle, playing with my emotions. I think i will wait for the show to fully come out after this episode and then watch from there. Okay bye!

Pats crying, whining and just in maturity is totally off putting. I dont care about the other characters bad acting, the script or anything else, they all mediocre at best, but this dudes acting is terrible and the writers making him so in mature its like watching a preteen trying to make it in the adult word, meanwhile im supposed to be convinced that a successful actor/vlogger and a big boss are both in total love with with him? I mean hes not even that cute here, and his actions wash away any hope of attractiveness.

This episode was lovely and hilarious. Though Pat and Jeng have natural chemistry, Pat hasn't realised that Jeng like him. Jaab and Jen are doing better than Pat and Jeng, yet they have a long way to go. Put got what he wanted, but something does not add up right.

I found myself pausing the episode every few minutes in order to let off some rants at the many cringe scenes. Thankfully there were some good moments as well but the writers should really decide if the character of Pat is able to stand up for himself, which he has demonstrated ample times, or if he is just a helpless deer about to be devoured by a predator.

There are slow-burn romances then there is No burn romances, which this is. We are half way thru the series and their romance hasnt even started yet! TOO slow. And the chemistry between the leads just isnt there. The 2nd couple Jaab&Jane are more interesting.

Episode kali ini kaya dengan chemistry Pat dan Jeng, mereka sekarang sudah mulai lebih dekat lagi ; seperti contohnya berbelanja bersama, makan bersama, dan di kantor bersama kwkwkw. Bagus banget ya episode kali ini kaya dengan romansa keduanya yang amat menggemaskan, romantis, dan uwu sekalii!!. Episode kali ini benar-benar fokus membahas tentang Pat dan Jeng, lalu Pat dengan Put ; lalu Pat dengan Kong, episode filler seperti hubungan antara Jaab dan Jane benar-benar kehabisan bagian oleh Pat Pat dan Pat, tidak masalah sih sebab ini seperti bentuk cerita orientasi baru yang menegaskan bahwa ceritanya udh masuk ke tahap ini loh, tidak sekedar hanya sebagai cerita Pat dengan kantornya seperti lima episode sebelumnya. Selain itu, episode kali ini kaya dengan dialog yang mudah dimengerti, serta alur yang jelas - ya mungkin beberapa orang tidak menyukai alur lambat seperti ini ya ; tapi secara pribadi saya sangat menyukainya - hubungan yang terjalin secara perlahan-lahan, sehat, dan penuh romansa seperti ini yang sangat saya suka. Entah kenapa ya, Pat dan Jeng sangat cocok sekali, pemilihan aktornya benar-benar bagus menurutku ya ; Ben dan Man emang the best. Saya tidak sabar akan episode selanjutnya, Spoiler: pasti ceritanya akan lebih rumit lagi karena Pat malah menerima boneka hiu Put. ah sudahlah ikutin aja deh...

Definitely starting to see more of the attraction between Pat and jeng even tho it's still a tease.Jaab's scene with his mother was SO CUTE. All for some pure BL shows, but when you give me fully fleshed secondary characters??? YES.This show has been a slow burn and not in a bad way. This episode definitely pushed it a bit further regarding their (JengPat) feelings.Just need more Poppy and Zorzo. My only complaint.

Well that 7.8 rating now seems to be more accurate lmao. That episode was something wasn't it? Dumb decisions, frustration and an overall drop in enjoyment levels. I'm really sad to say that I doubt that Step by Step will be able to recover from that. This episode, in my opinion, Pat's endearing youthfulness was switched out for something childish and almost bratty, at the oddest times. And did the production team forget to edit and add in music for one of the Ikea scenes? It made the scene feel so weird. There was something really off specifically with this episode along with JengPat's dynamics in it.
I honestly wouldn't have any problems with the plot and character flaws/choices, if done well. Which it was not...I was loving this series so much but now I don't even really care that there'll be a 2 week wait between episodes. For reference, my overall series rating went from 9.5 stars before ep6 and is now 8 stars after (I'm still not sure if that's too generous or not). It's safe to say that I am throughly frustrated and disappointed :/

The gazes, the tension the awkward flirting thats whAT I'M TALKING ABOUT BABEEYYYYEpisode had me cheesing so hard my cheeks started hurting gosh i really love this stage of romance dramas
