With the Black Fox threat still present, a pregnant Dongfang Huai Zhu believes love is the answer and reveals her condition to Wangquan Hong Ye, giving him renewed hope. Secretly, Huai Zhu, whose health is failing, devises a plan for their child to inherit the combined powers of both their families, becoming a "Bing Ren" for the Yiqi Meng. Hong Ye attempts to forge peace with the demon realm, initially facing resistance from Tushan Ya Ya, but Tushan eventually agrees after Ya Ya witnesses Huai Zhu's profound love. A fragile peace is established. Huai Zhu gives birth to their son, Wangquan Fu Gui, but tragically dies in Hong Ye's arms shortly after, revealing that Jin Ren Feng had fatally wounded her previously. Her dying wish is for Hong Ye to let their son choose his own path if he desires. The episode ends with a time skip, showing Fu Gui as a young boy training with Hong Ye, who is working to rebuild order between humans and demons, concluding the "Zhu Ye" arc. Cultivating hope

QinLan has still not been found. I was hoping they would get to say goodbye. HuaiZhu and HongYe visit Tushan hoping the foxes will help make peace accords with the demons. Without help it is not likely the humans can manage it. There is just too much bad blood on both sides. HuaiZhu has promised to combine divine blood with WangQuan to strengthen the alliance and bring back the numbers. Tushan at first did not agree to assist. They wanted to be neutral. But after witnessing and actually feeling the love between HongYe and HuaiZhu, they changed their minds and redistributed land and boundaries to allow a truce and hopefully peace between humans and demons. HuaiZhu’s candid chat and both of them acknowledging to enjoy the time they have helped the Tushans to reconsider. HongYe was so meticulous overseeing HuaiZhu’s care and preparing for child. The baby arrived and what should have been a glorious day became HongYe’s heartbreak. He has already begun shuttering himself in. The light has left his eyes and even his new son can’t bring it back. The falling flute from the dresser was an especially poignant scene. HongYe is going to keep the promise of finding his sword spirit. Young Fu Gui is already following strict routine of sword practice. He allows him fruit from the memorial but does not share stories of HuaiZhu or comfort. We are seeing what he will become when older as a father. But…if he is honoring the requests of HuaiZhu with the sword, that means he must also honor Fu Gui’s request to leave when he asks. We are given a glimpse of the future and hope fate will be kinder.

Sad ending

I feel Liu Shi Shi like to choose the drama story plot that she will die towards the last episode since 步步惊心drama. This drama also the same. She passed away after gave birth. Why she cannot choose a drama story plot which can have happy ending with happy marriage? Haizz...sigh. Her previous drama with Liu Yining also ending all characters died...I also not sure I should watch her dramas or not...sigh
