Due his right hand losing function, Lin Tuo tells his boss he no longer wants to be a designer and is fine just being his assistant. Though Lin Tuo was specially chosen to attend a design exhibition by the head director, his boss takes the blame by saying he won’t allow Lin Tuo to go. Zhi Que and Lin Tuo argue that he no longer wants to be a designer. Lin Tuo decides to visit his family over the weekend and then gets the final diagnosis from his doctor.
