The episode was very good, and I could not move my eyes from the screen, I was sucked in, the drama started really well. Joo Won acting is very convincing and it felt real.

So I was at the edge of tears during most of the episode...Joo Won's an amazing actor, unlike his boss -__-" (the guy with the rubix thingie).

As a person in medical field, so far it is very good...hope they don't screw it up later on.
Acting is very good! I love the little boy who portrays Si On...and Joo Won is going a good job so far!

Great start to a great drama. It was a heart touching backstory. I could not help the tears that started flowing as I watched this episode. Joo Won is doing much better than his previous drama project (which shall remain unnamed). Even though it might be a bit awkward I am already looking forward to Joo Won's & Chae Won's chemistry.

Joo Won. I know its only the first episode, but his versatility as an actor is just :) .. he is amazing. Super excited for this! and Moon Chae Won is flawless - absolutely adore her.

I have been looking forward to this drama and I was not disappointed in the first episode. This is fantastic! Joo Won is definately proven that he is more than a pretty face. I am a Korean drama fan but also a Developmental Disabilities professional. the writers, director, and Joo Won did a spot-on portrayal of an autistic savant.
Regarding the story, I love the back story given about Shi On and his brother. I am so happy to see Chun Ho Jin playing the teacher/mentor who risks his position as an advocate for Shi On. I am also looking forward to Moon Chae Won's Yoon Suh (she has already created a interesting character in the first episode) and I can't wait to see what kind of character Ko Chang Seok creates. I can't wait for more episodes!!

i can't believe that was the first episode i felt like i lived with them i wanted to punch the assistant who screamed at Park Shi On heartless people :( joo won act was perfect i mean his looks his moves the story is so touching moon chae won character is so adorable i love her

An amazing first episode. I cried all the way through it.. ;o;
I am actually shocked over how well Joo Won portrayed this character. There wasn't a second that I had any doubt about wether Park Shi On had autism or not. Just brilliant.
And the story so far is sooo touching. I found the brother's love towards Shi On so, so, so beautiful. The way he told him that he isn't stupid, that he's much smarter than him and supporting him in becoming a doctor. A very heartbreaking scene.
Let's all enjoy this one.

Joo won's performance is just captivating the director is amazing which is why the first episode is GREAT!i cant wait for episode 2! XD

It's interesting but there are some annoying cliches.

I was impressed with the first episode. I cried in the first 6 minutes; this drama looks promising. I hope it's stay like that...Joo Won's acting is amazing. I can't wait to see how it turns out. Also just because he has savant syndrome doesn't mean they can treat him like he is normal. I hate people like that, but hopefully this drama won't sad the next few episodes.

I'm surprised at how interesting the episode turned out to be, even if we already knew some of the bases from the 9 minute trailer. Both leads were amazing, and I'm curious to see their interaction in the next episode. I hope the rest of the drama matches up :)

In my opinion the start was perfect. Joo Won's acting was impressive & also the story started really good. I hope the drama remains like that.. Because the start was so great!
