Surprisingly good show
I was a bit concerned when I started thus because the rating is low but I liked the main leads and thought I should give it a try. I might be in the minority but it's such a good show. Would have been a 9 except that the last few episodes seems rushed or seems like the writers didn't really know what to do to move the story forward.I kinda understand why this won't be a popular series. Friends to lovers trope kinda have that tendency. We don't really get to see how the 2 lead fell for each other since when the story started they have already been friends for a long time. The falling for each other happened off screen really. And they don't really have a lot of lovey dovey scenes.
I viewed this more as a slice of life show than actual romcom. The relationships between the characters are awesome. The characters are great. I have a girl crush now with Ji Yun. And I liked that they give most of the characters some story of their own. Might be too perfect but this is fiction after all.
I liked the glimpse of how productions work and I did like that they tackled a lot of issues (but maybe they should have just chosen a few so they were more fleshed out). And the best part, the second couple were sweet and amazing.

Poor execution with somewhat awkward acting
Personally I like the actors, but the story started to become convoluted in the latter half. The acting was kind of awkward at times, particularly from Siwon. There were many unconcluded plot points or if they were concluded, then it was poorly done. Overall, I fought so hard to like this drama, but it was hard because of the poor execution, which was just too hard to ignore.Was this review helpful to you?

this drama is certainly not a must-Watch one, but it has some very nice moments. The lead couple is strong in the first episodes, but then becomes a bit boring, the ML is too submissive and the FL is way too inconsequential.BUT most of the supporting cast is interesting, with a nice story arc. expecially the chef and the webtoon artist. Kudos to the carachter of PD Chad-Ri, she is undoubtedly the most chatismatic figure of the entire drama, I think she would deserve a happy ending too, with Hwang Jang Gun

Definitely worth watching.
Beautiful Drama. I loved it. Storyline was good, it was well written. Acting was okay, it could of been better, some of the cast members were a bit amateurish, Choi Siwon never disappoints, his acting was on point. Will definately re-watch later on. The Set was beautiful, Chemistry was also good, no cringy scenes, kissing scenes were done tastefully.I liked the side couples as well especially Jiwan and John. Ending was good. A real feel good romance drama.
Loved the OST as well. Wished there were more.
Would definitely reccommend to any Romance drama fan.

Foi um drama que me conquistou. Um friends to lovers de respeito.Gostei da pegada dois em um, de me sentir assistindo um reality de namoro e um drama ao mesmo tempo.
Shippei muito o Park Jae Hun e a Goo Yeo Reum, foi bom ver eles saindo da zona de amizade para um relacionamento amoroso, apesar de ter sofrido com a demora da Goo Reum de aceitar os próprios sentimentos e os do rapaz.
Pra mim foi um drama com tudo na medida, acho que eu estava no momento para uma produção assim, conquistou meu coração

La historia se me pasó muy deprisa porque no está centrada únicamente en los protagonistas sino que vemos cómo estos se encuentran en mitad de una grabación de un reality show mientras que se van dando cuenta de su vida y de sus sentimientos. Sin embargo, esto también ha hecho que no llegue a meterme al 100% en la historia y que no terminé de creerme la relación entre los protagonistas, ya que en muchas ocasiones la veía muy forzada. Aún así me ha gustado mucho pero sentía que estaba viendo un reality show y no una serie.
Una mención especial para todas las parejas y actores secundarios ya que han hecho que la historia sea muy llevadera y entretenida y me han tenido más enganchada ellos que los propios protagonistas. Y una mención muy especial para el amigo/marido de la amiga de los protagonistas ya que ese señor es una green flag andante y el hombre al que todas deberíamos aspirar a tener en nuestra vida.
Si están buscando una serie entretenida, cómica (pero con algún que otro drama) sin duda les recomiendo Love is for Suckers.

Se amor é para os trouxas, então deixo na média
O inicio de fato foi promissor, podemos cair nas graças dessa amizade apaixonate de Goo Yeo-Rum e Park Jae-Hoon, tipo de comédia que é atrativo para muitos, da amizade nasce o amor. Todavia, essa amizade é quebrada ao longo do drama, deixando uma carga pesada e cansativa para quem esta assistindo, o que salvou o drama foi os personagens envolvidos no reality show, foi a graça para o K-drama não ser um fiasco, sem contar na interpretação diva da atriz Cho Soo-Hyang como a PD Kang Chae-ri. Mas, de fato, conseguimos captar a mensagem do motivo do dorama se chamar O amor é para os trouxes, quem nunca amaou na vida que atire a primeira pedra!Was this review helpful to you?

Adorei os primeiros episódios, era tudo bem equilibrado e realmente me parecia bem interessante, um drama com uma pegada diferente dos demais, o conceito do reality me chamou atenção e foi bem interessante acompanhar.Mas o que tinha tudo para dar certo não conseguiu manter e caiu e o drama foi ficando bem cansativo em sua segunda metade, principalente quando os protagonistas estavam em cena , era melhor eles ficarem apenas como amigos, o romance deles era chatoe particulamente não vi química ali. Um conselho, apenas foque em outros personagens e talvez você consiga se dirvertir um pouco.

I loved the first episodes, everything was well balanced and it really seemed very interesting to me, a drama with a different touch from the others, the concept of reality caught my attention and it was very interesting to follow.
But what had everything to work out could not keep up and fell and the drama was getting very tiring in its second half, especially when the protagonists were on the scene, it was better for them to stay just as friends, their romance was boring and I didn't particularly see chemistry there. Word of advice, just focus on other characters and maybe you can have some fun.
