FL ran away, give birth to ML's child, then comes back years later. In both dramas, the kid is sick, and the SML is a doctor, and is close to the FL (in TLYGM he has a crush on FL and is her best friend, in RF he is her ex).
In both, the main couple breaks up and the ML has anger toward the FL due to lies and misunderstandings. Five years later, the two cross paths again, and the ML discovers he has a child he didn't know existed. The two begin living together.
Premise is similar… girl is forced to leave her partner while being pregnant with their child. She comes back and hides that the child is his and he hates her.
