Hongmei met luo Shan Shan and tong bin outside holding hands, surprised by the sight in front of her she teased luo Shan Shan and she came clean and told hong mei that she and tong bin are dating but she should keep it a secret from Bai Hui, Hong Mei asked her why she wanted to keep it from Bai Hui because they are known to be best of friends and she told Hong Mei that Bai Hui has changed since she became the head nurse and she is not approachable like before that she now seems different in a harsh way, Hong Mei told her not to overthink it that maybe Bai hui is stress because of her new position. Bai hui still receives letters from the spies, the letter looks normal like a music note but she always use old music note to convey the message sent to her.
