Lee Hyun Wook is the composer and producer of an entertainment company. After losing his girlfriend in an accident, he then meets and falls in love with his girlfriend's younger sister, Yoon Se Na, who dreams of becoming a music producer.

Ryusuke Minami is a talented guitarist from the United States who has returned to Japan and is anxious to form a band. He meets Koyuki, a high-school teenager, during an altercation in a back alley. Together with a few other talented musicians, Ryusuke and Koyuki try to form a 5-person rock band named "BECK" but things are not as easy as it seems. Will they succeed?

Nakamachi Asuka is 30 years old and single. She achieved her dream of working as a teacher by teaching at a high school. Due to a case, she is unable to continue her teaching position. She suddenly begins work at a dormitory where 7 members of an unpopular boy group live. Her job is to do pretty much everything for the group, including cooking and cleaning. Due to family circumstances, high school student Miko Sonoda is forced to live at her uncle's boarding house. It's a cute and fun rom-com. The ML and FL work together, but this time as an idol and his group's manager. FL is older than ML and they get off to an icy start as idol and manager. ML is tundere, similar to the ML in Aoshima-Kun wa Ijiwaru. The romantic tension also feels similar.

Both FLs are ML's somewhat older teacher who he falls in love with long before she reciprocates his feelings.

Ashiya Mizuki has just come back to Japan from California where she was raised. She fell in love with Sano Izumi, a hopeful high jump hero, who has quit after an accident. As she wants him to go back to the sport once again, she enters the same high school as a boy. With a short hair, flattened chest and lowered voice, she starts sharing the same room with Sano.

Set in Japan in the 1990s, there's one rising band called LANDS, that is starting to find success amidst a flood of other bands.
Asako and Miharu are two Tokyo high school students. When Miharu gives Asako her favorite indie rock band; a LANDS CD, she becomes an overnight fan and sets her heart on the talented guitarist Yukiya.
When they go to see them in concert, they sneak their way into the backstage area and Asako gets acquainted with some of the band's members. Natsu, the vocalist, is immediately attracted to Asako and begins bringing her along to the band's practice sessions. Though Asako enjoys it, she proves to be a distraction to the other band members and is soon ejected from the session by Yukari, their manager. But Natsu is determined to keep her around, pulling strings to make Yukari and Asako to become friends, and eventually, helping Asako to become LANDS co-manager.
LANDS was formed among friends, but as the band begins to climb the ladder towards major stardom, they get in touch with the dark side of the music industry, discord surfaces, inevitable frictions emerge, and unrequited love strains their friendship, threatening to pull their bonds apart.

The special took place half a year after the series' end. With Osaka Gakuen getting ready for an upcoming Valentine's Day event, Sano and Nakatsu reflect on the final week of their last summer vacation, which falls into the timeline of the original series between episodes 7 and 8. The special also includes a graduation scene and addresses the relationship between Mizuki and Sano.

At the school, Rui Xi befriends Jin Xiu Yi. One day during a friendly soccer match, Rui Xi is knocked unconscious by Xiu Yi. Quan carries her to the infirmary and realizes that Rui Xi is in fact a girl! However, Quan keeps her identity a secret. At the same time, Xiu Yi starts to question his own sexual orientation when he finds himself having feelings towards Rui Xi.

Jeon Ji Huon starts working as a scriptwriter in a broadcasting company, KBN. At her new workplace, she meets Noh Yong Woo, a PD who used to be her boyfriend and Gang Min, a difficult to work with a snobby top star. To prove her worth in the eyes of her ex and new coworkers, she tries to persuade Gang Min to cooperate with KBN.
