Prism Episode 7 Reactions
as per usually am the odd one out, as i still dislike Riku - immensely! he had amply opportunities to be truthful with Satsuki's father, even with Satsuki. but he just goes with the flow, n if he doesn't have to, he doesn't take a stand. **************************the reason i really can't be understanding isn't cause i don't think his fear isn't justified, what i can't accept is, u see how he is effected by conversations, that his conscience bothers him and yet he choses to keep quite cause that's the self-serving/preserving move. ************************************************************************************************************the confrontation with his father happened cause he knows he wont find another accommodating, submissive, understanding, accepting female like Satsuki. if anyone has shown growth in this ep, it was Satsuki's - she stood up to her future father-in-law, put a stop to the fake marriage, n even didn't let Shiraishi change her mind or browbeat her back into any type of commitment she was unsure off. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************i don't really get how Morishita Sakuji destroyed Shiraishi life (maybe making him unemployable in any educational institutions in Japan¯\(°_o)/¯ ) idk. but don't get him not explaining himself to Riku, considering he still loves him. not that it really matters, as i care little for Riku's happiness (yeah sorry, i don't). what bothered me more was Shiraishi forcing this fake reality onto Satsuki (Riku might have said he cared for Satsuki, but u don't need to be a genius to see he doesn't love her). so repeating this (fake) fact time n again, not gonna make it true. for sure trying to brainwashing Satsuki into continuing a farce isn't helping anyone in the long run. ***************************************************************************************************************his reason for not wanting to fight for his love is neither her nor there, but he has No right to destroy someone else just for a deluded fake happiness, that will make both people suffer on the long run.
