The plot was a great mix of mystery and magic to me, paying attention to how easy it is to cover up things. I personally hated the representation of religion in this series, only because I think they made it into something evil. However, the road to hell is paved with good intensions. The odd scenes of what looked like ghostly rape, were a bit much and totally pointless to the story, But the main story line was developed well and didn't leave much plot holes. The twist at the end was somewhat expected, but was still executed well and honesty made me really sad for his faithed end.
The casting was great, leading with Fiat, Singto and Fluke, all of which have stella work credits. The chemistry between them, made it easy to see how the relationships developed. Having that 'will they, wont they' vibe that had me invested in the outcome. It wasn't any grand showing, just simple love being done in a simple way that was heartwarming. The other relationships that existed also complemented the main leads well, providing just enough backup where needed.

When you'll understand why this is a BL - you'll be shocked !
Let me clarify first - this is a piece of art & one of the best thriller, mystery, horror themed BL I've ever seen along with DFF. So please watch it first & then read this. Dan, whom we're treating as a main lead, THE GOOD GUY, is actually a bisexual playboy. When Nai kissed him, he didn't stop him & gave him hope saying "I'm your partner" the next day. Otherhand, we can see he liked Cha-aim too. And when the monster pleasured him in his dreams, he enjoyed that to the fullest & kept saying, he isn't bad. Nai's father fulfilled his promise by giving him to the monster, so Dan belongs to the monster. But the monster doesn't treat him like his child, he treats him like his lover. This is actually the lovestory between monster & Dan. I like the ending so much, I want to see more actually, Trin is back in Dan's body, now he can be in relationship with his love interest (drama teacher) & my favourite character is Nai, the pure soul. Was this review helpful to you?
Looks unfinished...
It was okay, but I have to confess I didn't always understand what was going on - when I did, it became kinda predictable though :PThe "fright level" was just fine (not boringly low, but not too high to give you nightmares either), the acting was good, the ending of the last episode leaves the door opened to a possible 2nd season. If it is to be continued, I'd watch it to have better closure (I'd really like to see a happy ending for Nai, the character deserves much more than what he got in these 14 episodes), but a rewatch is not likely.

Incomprehensible AND Offensive
Bluntly, this story is an incomprehensible mess and a waste of talented actors. This is a nonsensical horror series that spun its wheels around and presented an awful message. I thought the acting in this series was rather flat and repetitive. I honestly saw none of them being challenged to do anything beyond some basic acting skills, which was a waste of enormous talent especially for Singto and Fluke. This was cookie-cutter material and seemed unchallenging for them and nothing but a lot of repetitive scenes. I found the acting rather boring. While I have no great love for the Catholic Church, I must take exception in how Brother Anurak decided to ‘guide’ Dan back to life. Although I dare not speak for the Church, what was presented as a solution is a complete antithesis of what is a solution to guiding Dan back to his reality. If you present a religious solution to something, at least have a modicum of understanding of its concepts before you present one of its precepts. I KNOW this is just a story but to suggest what he did is a complete antithesis of what ANY religion would have one do, or should do. I found that offensive and a cheap shot and an easy way to get out of a story line. I am not even a practicing Catholic and I found it offensive! Was this review helpful to you?

Shadow
Was this review helpful to you?

SPOILER DO FINAL
Gostei do final aberto,.
