In Timeline 1:
Liu Xue Yi (Yu Jian) played this sweet and dreamy first-time father. He really wants to have this child and he is very excited when he finds out that he is going to be a father, but completely devastated when he thinks that his girlfriend wants to give up the child. Then, there is that moment, he hears the news that the child is still alive, he goes to see his child born. He cries as if he were a child himself. And this moment is beautiful, Xia Guo even consoles him. His mother who got into trouble is also helped by Xia Guo. The conversation between father, mother and son worried about the debt that Yu Jian's mother had incurred was at the same time comical and a little sad, but still a united family trying to solve problems. What about Yu Jian's friends? They are literally angels, they saved money so that Yu Jian could keep the house rented and for their wedding.
In timeline 2:
Xia Guo falls prey to the charming boss. Her house is invaded by water, and she is helped by her boss who lets her sleep in his house. The night before he and Yu Jian broke up, she was going to run to talk to Yu Jian, but Boss Xue arrives and dissuades her from doing so.
