Alchemy of Souls Season 2: Light and Shadow Episode 1 Reactions
The beginning was very confusing, I don't know yet if I like it that we are now 3 years later. I think that it was too rushed everything here.Buyeon is really adorable and a free soul, they are indeed a perfect couple with Uk but I still root for Naksu, where is she? Is she really dead? How they make Buyeon alive? It was smart of the leader of Jinyowon to choose such no name guy because there's no way Yul would agree to her being trapped in that room and he obviously what I love questions it as he actually should since she was supposed to be dead.There was too many scenes trying to be funny but for me watching this episode right after the last one of season 1 it was cringe and completely out of place. Rude even. I am glad out trio is back together again and I wait and hope for Prince to finally see the true face of snake Jinmu.

The first ep really caught me off guard. it was that good. It made me giggle . I loved every second of it. One of the best first .episode

Ugh this feels weird. They shouldn't have pushed for romantic scenes with the new actress right away. I find it hard to believe that it is Naksu. Feels just like a new love interest.The whole vibe feels off. All the raging emotions of the characters from last season are gone. Now everyone is just going on with their day all depressed and without any plan or goal. They should try to take this Jin Mu down. He is still evil and still manipulates the royal fam. They just dont care?

I like how ep 1 reminds me of Hong Sister's classic drama. The tropes that they use may old (the escape, the wedding, the "I want to die"), but it's wrapped beautifully in a new way of storytelling. One thing that kinda hurt my heart a little is that this is so different from part 1. The vibes, the music, the atmosphere, the story focus, almost everything is different. But I understand that the writer & director wants it to be different and I still find it enjoyable to watch.

I don't know why they don't try to use all the potential of a exciting twisted detailed storyline. such a waste of good potential.

Whilst it was great catching up with all the characters, I'm not so sure about the main storyline as yet. Getting to the wedding night at the end is quite a quick pace and suggests a lot to come over the ten episodes, so hopefully it gets better.Episode highlights - Jang Uk fighting the soulshifter was chanelling Neo from Matrix with the arm moves at one point.Hemp Master Lee is pure gold and it was great seeing him. He's a meddler in a cheeky but good way.The grounds of Jinyowan look really impressive this season.Seo Yul needs a haircut. The middle parting is awful.Bu Yeon actress was very much like Mudeok in character.Jan Uk is in a really lonely place and it's sad to see him being ostracised by people.

Has there ever been a more perfect episode? Ever? Ever!Ever?!?! GYJ was perfect, I honestly felt like I was seeing the same character, with just a slightly different face. She portrayed the same idiosyncrasies and craziness JSM portrayed in part 1…and the chemistry between GYJ and LJW is fire, FIRE I TELL YOU, FIRE!!!

Out of all the k-drama movies I've watched, Alchemy of soul seems to stand out. The storyline and cast is superb 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

como assim ele vai se apaixonar por outra???? ja tinha adotado a naksu no meu coração, achei de vdd q ela ia voltar sla como pq se a outra voltou tendo o corpo queimado.. mas faz sentido pq ai precisaria da outra atriz e se for vdd as fofocas ngm queria ela de volta
