Episode Title: The Beginning of a New Relationship
Hong Ju decides to give Hu Yeong a shot. Hu Yeong quits his job to stay in Korea and be with Hong Ju. Hye Ji visits Gyeong Taek, who fell sick, and runs into his mother by coincidence. Meanwhile, Hong Ju’s father calls Jun Ho and tells him to stay away from Hong Ju.

The way he just be sitting there looking at her. I’d melt. Yuhhhh. This is what I’ve been waiting for. Are we getting the shower scene?! We did. We got it. It was comedic and glorious. I wanted more but we gotta keep it professional I suppose. Why he gotta quit his job? Why he can’t just work in the office with the uncle? I’m confused. Also, I miss that cute new love. The MMC being obsessed is always a fave trope for me. Yo, does the teacher have a partner already?! Hmmm. Is it a man? Oops. It was his mama. I’m adding more drama for no reason. Lmao. Ooooh. His mama already on my nerves and all she did was ride by my girl in the car. Come on teacher guy. SAY IT WITH YOUR CHEST! Also, shoutout to the friends dad for telling the ex that he ain’t ish and to leave my girl alone.

As cute as this episode of Serendipity’s Embrace was, it is a bummer that the show only has 2 episodes left. From what we can see in this episode, I find Do-seon’s connection with Hong-ju confusing. It is not clear what she was doing in her car that night if she informed Hu-yeong about their move to the USA via a phone call. Also, why would a parent discuss such an important detail via call? Sus.Meanwhile, the romance between Hye-ji and Mr Sohn has me so upset that we have to wait until next week for the next episode. The two are so cute and clearly in love. I am certain the two will end up together but that makes me very sad for Sang-pil.Given CEO Baek’s fling with CEO Bae, Sang-pil is the only cast member left alone. Maybe he can hook up with Jun-ho, which will surely make this a perfectly balanced romance K-drama
