as you can see the poster is preety much same too.. both are Republican Era mini dramas in which the FL is out for revenge and becomes entangled with the ML in the process.

The drama that started it all—both are directed by the same filmmaker and star the same male and female leads, whose incredible chemistry keeps viewers hooked. Both also have a second male lead as the villain. There are plenty of swoon-worthy kissing scenes, and in both stories, the male lead falls first. He also goes to great lengths to protect the female lead without telling her, which leads to plenty of misunderstandings along the way.

Both are political chinese dramas with strong male and female lead. They both have considerable amount of chemistry. Both are short chinese dramas.

Both are mini dramas. The female lead wants to get revenge on the male lead by killing him. The female lead then falls in love with the male lead. The female lead has a secret identity in both dramas. The male lead is actually protecting the female lead.
