Magazine writer Kei visits Okinawa in order to interview Sakura, a biracial woman that alleges she was sexually assaulted by US soldiers. Thinking there's something suspicious about her statement, Kei approaches Sakura and learns that Sakura's grandmother, Yoshi, is an Okinawa war veteran and member of the peace movement. Meanwhile, Kei is reunited with Isa, a prefectural police officer who used to be a customer at a cabaret club and learns about the harsh reality of US military criminal investigations. What is the truth behind the complaint?
