This isn't your, or my, typical review
I forced myself to finish this, and I watched at 1.75X speed. I can't stand the way they make Thai actors draw out some of their lines. It would be like me saying “welllllllllllllll……….what if…………iiiiiiii…………..come……over?” Now imagine me speaking like that 50% of the time. Anyhoo, since everyone else has spectacularly summed up the (few) hits and (many) misses, I’m going to take a different approach and tell you the story I wish I’d seen. Come with me, dear readers, as we reimagine the main couple’s story. We’ll keep the same backstories for everyone. Him was dating Blue who had a phobic fam and a bestie who was secretly in love with Blue (I can’t say “him” because that would be confusing as there’s a character named Him). Blue is lonely and sad about his family and relationship, but Him has familial/work obligations. He has to handle his literal business and tend to his mother, so he’s not around much. Blue communicates his needs to Him, but Him is so stressed that he doesn’t do a great job explaining his lack of time/attention for Blue. Blue’s fam wants them to breakup and for Blue to stop dating guys. Blue decides to end his pain by taking his life…or coming close? We don’t know.
Fast forward. Him approaches Nail because he looks like his ex and begins a relationship with Nail. Te meets Nail in the same way as originally scripted (at Him’s house) but doesn’t flip out. The next day Te seeks out Nail on his own and asks him for coffee, not a date. Nail is suspicious, plus this is his boyfriend’s friend who’s asking Nail out? da fuq? Of course Nail refuses but then Te explains that Nail looks like his dead best friend and secret crush, and Te would like to just talk to Nail over a coffee or something so he can feel, just for a little while, like his friend is still with him. Te shows Nail a pic of the two besties and this both softens and intrigues Nail. After all Te is a friend of Nail’s boyfriend and you gotta get in good with the friend group, plus, everyone has a lookalike and Nail is curious about his. Te and Nail will become friends and Te realizes how different Nail and Blue are, which makes Te really appreciate Nail for who he is.
Now, while all this was happening, Him and Nail have their thing going on and Him is also realizing that Nail is different from Blue and appreciating the difference. Nail sees a pic of Him with Blue and finds out that he looks exactly like Him’s ex, and Nail is livid thinking that Him saw Nail as a replacement for Blue. First, Nail will give Him a chance to explain and Him will lie and say he didn’t approach Nail due to the resemblance. Nail isn’t buying that so he storms out. Next Nail will talk to his own awesome friends because sometimes we need someone to tell us when we’re wrong or help us see things in a another light, but they agree with Nail that this is fishy. Finally, Nail will reach out to Te. Nail would also be upset that Te didn’t tell him, and Te comes clean and bares his little soul. Te explains that his beloved friend was so unhappy with Him, unlike Nail who seemed to be falling in love with Him. Te will say he wanted to believe that Him had learned his lesson and would make Nail happy and Te didn’t want to ruin that. Te will say that he couldn’t help Blue but he thought that his silence was helping Nail, so he kept the secret. Te knows they are two different ppl, but somehow doing what he believed would help Nail made Te feel like he had another chance to help the friend he failed. Te is crying now, he’s never told all this to anyone and knows it makes no sense because Blue is gone and can’t be helped. Nail will accept this, and he holds Te (not in a romantic way).
That private, intimate moment is witnessed by Type who snaps a pic and sends it to his cousin, Him. Nail is now only speaking to Te, not to Him. Here is where the additional tension between Him and Te will make more sense. They already have what happened with Blue (Te wishing Him had taken better care of his friend, and being mad that Blue was dating anyone else anyway), but now the tables will have turned because Nail is no longer upset with Te but is still mad at Him. Him doesn’t understand since they both approached Nail for the same reason, but Nail will explain that Te was upfront about it (remember when Te told Nail that he looked exactly like his best friend and secret crush?). Him will be upset with himself as he realizes that all he had to do was be honest and Nail would still have given him a chance, because that’s the kind of person Nail is. Alas, the three points of the love triangle wind up alone but OK. Te realizes that he can’t try to date Nail because he knows deep down that he would just want to be the chosen one and prove (maybe to himself as much as to Him) that he would’ve been better for Blue than Him had been. Te decides on his own that he and Nail will be friends. Him keeps his therapy appointments and later (like, way later) reunites with Nail but we won’t know if they’ll try again or not.
Maybe the second season would show their efforts to rekindle, and Te finding his own happiness. And then we’ll learn that Nail really is Blue. Bwahahahahaha!

So Much Potential
The story has potential but they needed something more cohesive. It got to the point that I did not care about Blue and the past. Te made no sense other than that man needs therapy not just Him. Nail also needs therapy. I get someone having a type but imagine the psychological damage of being compared BY EVERYONE to someone's ex-lover. On top of dealing with someone an obsessive stalker because you happen to have the same face. Again potential but not executed well. But I will say that the actors did their job with what they got.Was this review helpful to you?
started of really strong
The first 2/3 of the series is well produced and edited, then something happened. It’s also like they kind of gave up on the story line? I’m not sure. The plot isn’t jumpy and difficult to follow, and the series is an easy watch. Someone compared it to an old soap opera and I like that analogy.Acting wise its a little stiff at times, not as natural as I personally would have liked. Its not bad, just sometimes feel like they are delivering lines they are uncomfortable with or doesn’t come natural to them to say.
It’s def NC heavy, some scenes better done than others. And some edited a lot better in the post-production than others. My take away is that the production company started to do a bad job somewhere in the process of making this series and that is hurting the overall feel of quality more than the delivery of the actors.
Will I rewatch? Maybe, maybe not. Probably only the first half, if I do.

Boring, messy
The story is boring and confusing, the main roles dont have chemistry, the Nail character looks like the mom of the other main role, and his performance is so fake. The people in charge of the iamge of the actors did a huge mistake with that orange hair. I am a #1 fan of BL and i never have the need to write a review. I hope some other producers and directors decide to re-do this series, i think that story is good, it just need a better cast and a really good directors. Was this review helpful to you?

Missed the plot
I agree with a lot of reviews about this drama. I expected so much from the first episodes and BIM... NothingThey put a lot of effort to build the vilain in the drama, and the back story was great. The fact that Him had PTSD, the fact that Nail was Blue doppelganger, the ex who cheated with a girl... all that could have made a great storyline. But the just denied everything. One episode they fight at the end, the next they already made up from the start, so it's confusing.
And all building the story to have absolutely no tension at the end.... Where was the drama????
Nothing was used and you feel watching episode 11 and 12 that it can't be IT. And you realize you lost your time.
Now, the side stories with Pie, who is doing what Him did to Blue to his new s.x buddy Chao. He tries to become his boyfriend, but he is still close to his ex who wanted to use Pie to make a s. tape for money. That could have been more dramatic, like the violence in "Love in the Air" r.ape scene, but nothing? Chao just caught the conversation, and saw the Instagram and that was all.
It was the first movie made by Wayu Pattharawut, CEO of Y entertainment and director for this drama. But it's not a good start. We had similar problems with "Unforgotten Night" who had great unused potential. Maybe the CEO should focus on making his YouTube Channel and social media clearer and employ scenarists that can actually make a novel better on screen!!!

Starts great, quickly slips into poorly written melodrama filled with air.
Watched 9/12 Eps. Overall: I wanted more quietly sassy and flirtatious Nail like in Ep 1 & 2. I was immediately intrigued by, and empathetic for, him. I also liked that he communicated boundaries but was straightforward and kind about it while being firm. It was a fresh take on a character, especially a Thai BL one, and I loved it. Sadly, the former fades away and the later starts weakening half-way through.Ep 1 & 2: Interesting! The characters and plot mystery is intriguing and the sex/intimacy satisfying. The long bathtub scene in Ep 2 is sensual and hot and done extremely well. The action, cinematography, music, and editing all work together to build a sensual crescendo. Some of the music so far is great too. These two Eps are the highlight out of the 9 that I watched.
Ep 3 & 4: Nothing memorable, but I was still hooked on the slowly-revealing mystery and looking forward to the next weekly episode.
Ep 5 & 6: Much weaker. Ep 6 especially felt more like set up for the next episode (instead of continuing the story). A lot of back-tracking to fill in a lot of history gaps at once; the previous episodes did a better job of balancing the present with insights into the past while keeping the overall story moving forward. Stopped looking forward to the next weekly episode.
Ep 7 Things keep going downhill. The entire episode is Him working to get Nail to listen to him explain and when the scene comes nothing is said! In fact, not much is said the entire episode, it's a bunch of air and some spoken statements. It's like the writer is allergic to conversations that actually go back and forth between people. There are so many latent pauses that the director/editor kept in to fill out the time. There are stereotypical "bad guys" scheming, but doing it poorly (Tec is so clueless in his approach that he's not really a threat; he keeps blatently rubbing Nail the wrong way). The "comedic" silly sound effects were copious and inane, when nothing is funny and the overall mood should be serious to sustain tension. My interest and hope in this series is sinking fast.
Ep 8 & 9: I debated dropping, but decided to give it one more chance and watched 8 & 9 back-to-back. And I *am* dropping now. At least I finally learned what happened to Blue in Ep 8. The story starts making leaps in character relationships and the progression of scenes without showing how things got there. I was so confused about Him, Nail, and Tec's first scene in Ep 8 after the way Ep 7 ended. How they got there makes no sense whatsoever. I thought I had missed an episode or something, but nope. The secondary couple is annoying, especially Chao. Tec and the cousin are 2-dimensional, delusional, low IQ, and irritating. The intimate scene between Him and Nail feels oddly forced/over-exaggerated this time, and it lacked the 'crescendo' built with actions, cinematography, and music that Ep 1 & 2 did so well with.
Tor as Nail/Blue is the most charismatic and nuanced actor of the cast. Not awesome, but above average, especially for a rookie. Everyone else is mediocre. Dew as Him shows some potential, but he is not a rookie, and his lack of range becomes more and more obvious as the story gets more dramatic and emotional for his character.
I might rewatch Ep 1 & 2 for fun sometime, but I certainly won't bother with the rest of it again.

He is with Nail just cuz he is identical to Blue .
And Nail after listening to people talking about blue, y he is not making an effort to see his pic which Atlast showed in ep 6.
Plz Nail stand for urself and just stop being in this toxic relationship.
Him, if u love Nail truly, y u keep thinking a Blue.
No matter what ever the story is as being an audience we need to watch a justified relationship not a toxic one coz this makes us feel remorse.

Helpful
1. I really don’t want to see behind the scene which was the longest ever. It should never give so much away. We watch to see the drama so keep that to a minimum.2. Those 4 or5 girls that ran together and did absolutely nothing should have been left
On the editing floor. They contributed NOTHING and was so stupid. Why were they even cast in this. It had a good story but for reasons I will
Never understand you put that foolishness in it. Brainless boob carriers are not needed when the story can carry itself.
As far as I can tell
This showed only on Youtibe to reach a larger audience. Two full episodes
Had nothing but a black screen and many had no subs in any language. If you are going to do it,
It right..
I see why this only made
It on YouTube. Netflix and Viki would not touch this. The acting of the males was good, but the females added nothing to this. That time could been allotted to the sow in other ways. There are some really good Bald but this is not one. On an alpha scale this is C-.

What really happened to Blue, that is Him's ex
This series is very interesting and highly recommendable ,i can't wait for more scences with good plots. I always look forward to waching this series every week and most times infact i don't always like the wait because am always curious to know what will happen next. Please if it's possible to be releasing 2 to 3 episodes in a week i would like it because it's a very interesting movie to be waiting for. Mostly,i love the chemistry between him and nail, they look so cute and sweet and i also love the supporting couples that is phai and chao ,am just hoping for them to end up together so badlyWas this review helpful to you?

Such a great start
Honestly I'm just here to say I wholeheartedly appreciate a feminine gay man as the lead role and not a side character. He's cute, he's sassy and seductive. He reminds me of Uea from Bed Friend serving it down look after look with the upmost confidence and I'm absolutely loving every minute of it.
This first episode was so tasteful and easygoing, I love the "messy" drama so far, I'm enjoying the characters of the two main leads, the NC scenes were well placed and made sense. This series is kind of a strange cross between the vibe of Only Friends and Bed Friend (concept-wise at least)

Started off with a BANG(or should I say a Nail Him)
Yes, yes and yes. Already hooked from episode one. The clever Names being Nail and Him *insert sly emoji*. Absolutely here for the Nail character. When he finds out his partner cheated on him, he did finally what I wished most characters would do in dramas which is give absolutely no f*cks. He knows his worth and the way he handled the situation with the third party was absolutely HILARIOUS *insert laughing emoji *.Not going to lie I have absolutely no idea what is completely going on with the plot lol.

10/10 Ship Name
I'm starting off this review saying that it is a 10/10 for the ship name XDOnly watched 1 episode but like it so far! Nail's character which is straight up confident, knows-what-I-want, sassy which I loved about Uea from Bed Friend. Probably second time I've seen such a character so far! I love dramas where there is minimal "shyness" about a relationship so this is so refreshing to watch after Bed Friend.
Not sure how this is going to turn out but I hope they keep the premise simple as it is now or at least, not flip the boat. The root colours though...
