This episode is focused on revealing back story and developing characters and relationships. Before he was adopted by American parents, goofy and lovable Park Tae Shin was physically abused by the man who ran his orphanage. Tae Shin meets the orphanage director by chance, which turns him into a quivering shell of a man. He hides his shock behind his usual smile.

No no no, this can't be really happening, right? What was this ending? He's not going to wake up again? No no no, this can't happen.
Anyways *cough, this was a very interesting episode and I figured out once again that I really really dislike the Chairman. Such an anoying person.
And this deputy director .. I don't really know what to think of her. Is she a person you can count on or is she Jang Yong Seob bff? Aigoo, this gives me a headache.
I am really looking forwar to see how the characters will develop further and how their relationship will process.
It's good this far and I hope that this drama won't be destroyed by romance that is out of place or be overdone in any way.

I like this episode because it gave an in-depth look behind at least the male leads. I'm interested to know more about Seo Joo Young. This is a good drama, even if I don't usually like medical dramas.
