There is a lot of similarities between these two dramas :

FL are gorgeous, dressed great and have a very graceful demeanor. Not only that, they are women of their time who act according to the etiquette of their era while being avant-garde.

- Power couple
The actors share great chemistry and complement eaxh other's looks. Their characters understand each other well and are on equal footing.

Liu Ling is a young member of the royal family who has been granted the auspicious title of Princess Chang Le by the Emperor – who has a soft spot for her (and thinks little of her father). She is aged 20, and until now she has lived a pampered and privileged life. She is capricious, impatient, and quite bratty. Even when people lavish gifts upon her, she treats them with disdain. She has a habit of rubbing people up the wrong way and acting impulsively – a fact that has seen her develop many enemies at court. Even the common folk have a habit of spreading malicious – and often totally unfounded – rumors about her.

On her birthday, she decides – on a whim – to travel out of the palace to drink in a private room at an exclusive inn. She drinks herself into a stupor and is sleeping off the alcohol when Shen Yan, a young army commander and an ice-cold martial artist stumbles into her room after having been injured in a sword fight with a notorious bandit. The Princess falls for this wounded warrior and tries to win his heart – although he initially doesn’t seem very impressed with her advances. But, given time, could this unlikely duo strike up a friendship – or an even more unlikely romance?

Eventhough Who Rules the World is wuxia and not reincarnation story, they both have strong male and female leads with great beginning and a happy ending, without filler or draggy scenes.

Both are nice dramas. Characters who knew what they wanted and fought for it.

Both female lead time travel to the past after having been wronged and killed. They then use their memories to get revenge.

Blossom is full length drama versus Her Feast being short drama. They are set in completely different time frames as well but the strong, defiant, and independent female leads are similar.

Synopsis:
Jiang Zhu, a jade-waisted slave, must find a Jade Lang on the night of the full moon after coming of age and engage in dual cultivation to absorb his yang energy in order to survive the Cold Bone Syndrome. The powerful statesman Shen Miu, once determined to capture jade-waisted slaves, unexpectedly becomes afflicted by a love curse planted by Jiang Zhu. Bound by the curse’s effects, he is compelled to protect her. Passionate and free-spirited Jiang Zhu brings a vivid, unprecedented experience to the self-disciplined and restrained Shen Miu. As they spend time together, they gradually awaken to the true meaning of love and ultimately join forces to clear the wrongful accusations against the jade-waisted slaves.

In both dramas, the leading women have trauma in their past. Both are historical, period dramas. Both are currently airing. I recommend them for anyone who might want to watch.

The male lead in both dramas is a general from a influential background with daddy issues. Both female leads is smart and resourceful, having experienced adversity.

There are some similarities between the two dramas, especially the rebirth plot where both the leads have been reborn. Although in Blossom, the ML is unaware for the most part as he doesn't seem to remember the past life clearly.

both FLs are smart, strong, calm, mature, and business-oriented. both MLs are government officials involved in military/defense. the leads' relationship in both dramas start off with distrust, but the leads slowly warm up to each other as they keep helping each other. their relationships are also steady and mature. blossom is more politics heavy and darker, while a dream of splendor focuses more on the livelihoods of three women.

- FL helped their husband to achieve their goals but later was killed by him.
- FL reborn again to get her revenge.
- Pairs with ML to get her revenge done and slowly falls in love with ML.
- ML is caring towards FL.

Very similar with the palace and political conflicts. Both the male and female lead characters are or become righteous and influential with strong moral compasses. Both female leads may seem weak at first but they quickly change and become strong, quick thinking, decisive, and upright women. Both men show loyalty and bravery.

If you enjoy a well constructed plot and characters you can really root for; not just the leads but also many of the people surrounding them; then you will love both these series.
