Lin Shao Bai learns that the police are going to blow up the power plant with the workers inside. He tries to leave and is caught and lies about knowing Mr. Rong. Mr. Rong arrives, and Lin Shao Bai is locked up. Lin Shao Bai tries to escape but is caught by Mr. Rong, who turns out to be an imposter. Lin Shao Bai helps Mr. Rong but ends up getting arrested.
