Welcome to Milele Village Episode 2

Just like my prediction, the main characters are still in China, and it will take a while before we get to the point where the team of doctors will move. I'm not sure if the country they will visit is a fictional one called Sanah, or if Sanah is (perhaps) the county where Milele Village is located. I don't understand the scene at the end. If Dr Ma already gave his resignation letter but he's still at the office, does that mean he came back? If this is the case, it would've been better for us to see how he went to Jiang University again. I would love to see him show some humility. I also want to see flashback scenes or at least an explanation of Dr Jiang's relationship with Dr Ma. Why does it seem like they were close before? What happened? Did a misunderstanding happen before Dr Jiang visited Sanah? Dr Ma's wife, Xiao Xian is also facing difficulty at work. It's good that they are there for each other. I have a feeling Xiao Xian will make reports on what happens in Milele Village once her husband comes to Sanah. The ending scene of this episode might be a hint at why Dr Ma wants to join the programme. My guess is that something went wrong with the surgery, and that's why Dr Jiang is against Dr Ma going to Sanah.
