Both are Thai BL dramas that involve murder mystery. Goddess Bless You from Death leans more to supernatural horror while 4Minutes leans more to sci-fi.

Both are Thai BL dramas with a psychological horror/mystery theme, with 4Minutes having a more sci-fi edge and Happy Ending a more trippy, dream-like feel. There is male-male romance in both shows, although both shows are more story focused than romance focused.

Similar opening episode - a mystery and a curse/supernatural plot device/driver. Good cast. Interesting hook.

A main difference though: Leap Day isn't a BL (or it doesn't look to be, from episode 1). So don't expect any (maybe bromance).
