Both series have themes of dealing with the dead and romance with a past connection between the leads

Both MLs can see and interact with ghosts, both good and evil, and live with two or more friendly ghosts who assist them in their work. The FLs are in some sort of law profession (lawyer vs. police officer).

Both are spooky comedies with a similar episodic format of helping ghosts move on to the afterlife. Sell Your Haunted House is a bit of a darker comedy tone than Midnight Studio.

both have involvement of supernatural clients (ghosts). both dramas are humorous and bittersweet simultaneously and gives us a glimpse into the lives of people from various walks of life and hardships of human life. one of the MC is a lawyer while the other one is a photographer but both are empathetic and help the dead to resolve their resentments and unfulfilled wishes. we get to see the life , challenges and aspirations of so many people and we learn to be just a little more kind to people and not judge a book by its cover. it shows us that even small acts of kindness can save a life and make someone's day much brighter. all in all both of the dramas have a little bit of everything --- humor, mystery, a touch of romance, bittersweet, supernatural elements, courtroom, heartwarming moments etc........ both are an engaging and delightful watch that makes you feel lighter but also helps to understand the world a little more deeply.

Midnight studio uses photography to help the dead resolve their regrets and desires instead of the living like they do in Jiko Dairinin. At the core the leads offer the same services just for a different type of client.

Ghosts theme is a main theme of two dramas. In both dramas one of a leading characters is able to see a ghosts. The seeing character in these dramas can protect themselves from ghosts by touching and being present with the other leading character.

Both dramas involve ghosts that one of the leads can see and has a job relating to. Both MLs are loners with a terrible fate that means they are fated to die soon who find hope when the FL enters their lives.

Both dramas deals with theme of death.

Death's Game has ML dying over and over each ep and TMS has a different guest character dying each ep.

Both good dramas. ??

As reading from the synopsis, we get to know the main aspect of the drama is surrounding ghosts. Hotel del Luna is precursor of precision in drama of showing how exactly a generation long curse of guiding ghosts exists.
I dont even need to explain. We all thought of this drama when we read the summary.

Both: Theme about death. Each episode 1 character dies, episodic format.

Differences: Loss.Time.Life has no main leads, but changes leads every ep,
vs The Midnight Studio also has an overaching storyline with same leads (but also has episodic format/guest stars with own story that ep)

both have a lead with a curse about dying before a certain age (ML in TMS and FL in MITD) with the other trying to save them and they fall in love. the lead with a curse is followed by a spirit trying to kill them. the curse is countered by a char of sorts in both dramas. there is a past connection between then leads.
