Hua Zhi is able to raise funds for the canal project and requests the Emperor that she be in charge to make sure the money goes towards the canal to help the people and to give the Hua mansion back to the Hua women for shelter. Hao Yue predicts 3 rain events and is richly rewarded. She instigates the Emperor to punish Hua Zhi by making false accusations against her. The Emperor is angered by Hua Zhi and Yan Xi’s close bond. I knew that the one year had to be there as…

I knew that the one year had to be there as it would take too much time for it to be finished. It was so heartbreaking to see Yanxi getting injured just to bring Hua Zhi her wood set.

Five Stars

I really hate this emperor. The way Huazhi cried made me cry. Not ready for the ending 😔. After Huazhi there is no drama of zhang jingyi. Now I am thinking to rewatching it
