Episode Title: Pei Wen Xuan Confesses His Love to Li Rong in the Rain
Li Chuan expresses his feelings for Qin Zhen Zhen and wants to have a simple life-long relationship with her, but such a matter is not something they can decide on. The two compete at the river and happily spend the day together. During the competition for the best sachet, Li Rong foils Empress' plan to make Shangguan Ya the winner and crown princess.
Li Rong tells Pei Wen Xuan that she has assured Qin Zhen Zhen that she and Pei Wen Xuan are only in a cooperative relationship and will definitely separate in the future. She added that she would personally help Pei propose to Qin Zhen Zhen then. After hearing it, Pei gets off the carriage in anger. He turns back and tells Li Rong that whether she believes him or not, he wants to make it clear that he has never liked Qin and that it was Li Rong whom he loved and missed all along.

No literally guys I'm screaming like a crazy person. I never expected wenxuan to confess his feelings like that OMG!!!I had to rewind the scene bout 10 times cuz I couldn't get through without screaming, blushing, and punching the air. There's just something about a man who yearns. His eyes and his eyebrows the desperation in his face. The script was everything!! wdym "i loved and i lost li rong" 😭😭😍 like i'm giggling just thinking about it.
