The snow and ice look real, unlike some productions that use fake materials like foam. This episode really shows strong attention to detail in both the setting and overall production.

A literal and metaphorical digging up of the past leads to a massive plot twist about the protagonist's lineage. The pacing picks up significantly here, leaving little room for a breather.
