It's high camp. If that's not your taste that's fine
This series was Hi camp. It was over the top ridiculous. But in a hilarious way. I laughed so much. The voice over bothered me sometimes but at the same time it was hilarious. Sometimes the story went off the rails and really gave you a "huh" moment but still made you laugh. Do not take this show serious. And don't expect a whole bunch of romance. I Can't Believe I Finished, But...
The level of dumb is amazing. I will usually drop one that's stupid, but this one is apparently MADE to be so stupid you just have to watch it. Be aware, just because their lips aren't moving doesn't mean they're not talking. It's just badly dubbed, seemingly on purpose. It's a cute story line with what has to be intentionally campy and bad acting since I've seen other shows and know at least some of the actors are more talented that this makes them appear. And, gods help me, if they ever make a season 2, I'll watch it!Was this review helpful to you?
1not worth to watch
Total 3 episodes has been released yet to be honest actors of this series are so good i have seen they other series too but story line of this series is so dumb and senseless and boring i would recommend this to see you better watch love syndrome series with same actors and better storyline , i love main characters so much after watching their series love syndrome theyr chemistry is good nd their acting is top notch in this series too but storyline too dumb I'm really not liking this so far i hope it get good later otherwise i will drop itWas this review helpful to you?
What Was Its Point?
This is a prime example of how to turn a bad series into an even worse one by not knowing what your direction is. And we can see it slipping away because of the lack of perspective. If this series had some sort of direction, it could have been good. If they were going for comedy, they failed miserably. If they were going for some sort of mystery, it also bombed. However, in my opinion and why I think this series worked a little is that they (I think, or I hope) were going for a ‘tongue-and-cheek’ approach to humor. that dubbing tho....
While the plot and acting itself were mediocre-to-good, the dubbing voice made me drop the show 3 episodes in!! I only speak English but always choose to watch shows in the original language with subtitles. Usually this is because I find dubbing voices sound off. The audio trainwreck that was this show reached a whole new level of awful! It pulled me out of the show to the point where I just couldn't stand another episode. Hopefully the actors are able to find new work which allows them to move beyond this.Whoever chose and approved the dubbing should be fired ASAP.

hate the voice over
i wanted to watch this drama after watching love syndrome and i fell in love with that drama and the actors so when i found this drama i wanted to watch it but my advise: dont watch it. first of all there is a voiceover that sounds completely unnatural. the talking is not syngronised with the sounds and when there is a fight scene or smth the sounds are just so bad. the stroyline is not good either, you can expect kinda everyting from the begining already and there is not much suprise. i would not watch this drama if i were youWas this review helpful to you?

So bad, it's good.
This show was weird. It kind of reminded me (though loosely) of Atashinchi no danshi. Basically he ends up living with three brothers that are all quirky and weird in their own way. Luv ends up living in their house under false pretenses searching for his destiny. And honestly it was a funny and wild ride. Like it was so ridiculous and nonsensical that it was good. It was so consistently over-the-top that it somehow worked.What didn't work was the dubbing. It was just too much. And it wasn't really done...well? Like the audio dubbing sounded kind off at times. As if the microphone died and they couldn't get a new one so just used like a phone. And there were times where it was hard to tell what was meant to be someone's thoughts versus what someone said out loud. Especially when the person's mouth didn't seem to be moving, but then it seemed like someone else responded to what they had "said". But it was hilarious to me in one of the fight scenes when one of the guy's was thinking "hya...hya..." as he was like hitting.
Because of how crazy some things were the plot not being super logical/consistent wasn't really too much of a detriment since it seemed like it really wasn't meant to be taken that seriously.

yes, I like the actors, but this was just a waste of time I watched it before going to sleep and it helped me sleep faster.there was no real story

and the fact that they have a useless voice-over the acting is just so annoying

The worst BL ever made.
This show was not funny. It isn't unhinged just because everything about 'Crazy Handsome Rich' was terrifyingly bad. I have never written a review before, but people saying it's good need to stop misleading new watchers. Stop trying to raise the rating.The acting is NOT good, don't even try. Even if the voice acting part of the show wasn't dubbed, the series would still be terrible from start to finish.

Firstly, directly at the end of episode 1, when the preview of the next episode starts, the one man says that he doesn't want to be a butler anymore. Immediately i knew the entire plot of the show, it's so expected.
Horribly written and i feel sorry for the actors. They were in Love syndrome, not exactly known for being good, and now in 'Crazy Handsome Rich' the worst BL ever. Worse than 'Check Out' the series
It's almost like the boss love interest guy (forgot his name) only hired butlers to fall in love with them, the butlers do almost nothing in this series.
Mention: The bells? The fortune teller. The mumbling? Made the show worse. I understand why the fortune teller was there, but no.
Do NOT watch this, please. 0.5/10

Not sure what I was explaining but it wasn't that. Also not even sure what made me add this to my watch list, but me and my past self need to have a talk. For such a short show, it feels like it lasted forever. Even on mute and FF. whoever watches this any other way deserves a award or a padded room. Lmao (jk)
I don't understand why they dubbed it the way they did! It's like the hella old Chinese movies and dramas. Lol.
And I know it's not that one actors fault, but they did they keep giving him under shots of his nose? 😩 It feels like he is the only one they did that to.
I still don't know what the storyline was. The actors deserved better than this mess though. I get it's a comedy, but then the comedy lies in how the show was produced, it's not a comedy. It's a joke. 😬

Worst BL I've ever seen in my life
The text is horrible, full of flaws, completely implausible and childish.Filling the episodes with slow motion scenes and the characters' internal whispers and giggles are very irritating.
Using people with disabilities (episodes 5 and 6) and trans people to make jokes is a terrible thing in 2023.
I feel sorry for Frank and Long Lee, good actors in a bad series.
I gave one star out of pity for both of them.
Frank's character spends the entire story obeying all of his bosses' absurd orders (like being naked in front of them) as if he were a slave for the simple reason that he finds Long Lee's character hot, which in my opinion goes beyond fiction .
He spends his time looking for a necklace because a fortune teller psychic advised him to do so, even giving up his own family to do so, which proves to be extremely implausible.
What's more, this fortune teller hasn't changed her appearance at all over the decades, being exactly the same when she attended to Frank's character's mother when he was a child and then when he was an adult.
A story that conveys zero emotions, I started watching it for Long Lee and Frank, but it's a total waste of time.
