So anti-climatic!!
It started off really strong,good amazing characters potrsyed by talented actors.I could understand and related to each of the characters their feelings and actions.It is a good drama about second chance about the redemption of the family and you see how the separation affected each member of the family differently.Music was great too...catchy songHowever,it was too anti-climatic for me.They were so many themes to be explored.The hair saloonist and the tax accountant ibelieve that would have been an amazing romance.We didnt get to see the reomance of the daughter and the ceo son develop and change.They had no arc in the romance.I felt with such a good story they would have exploited so much and made it intriguing and fun but at the same time it was getting boring and the writing was lazy maybe if they had made it longer it would have be terrible.Good drama though!

It's not that bad, but it's also not the best.
It started well, but Mirae's character became too much that I had to drop it. It's such a shame because I wanted to watch Minho. I also like the parent's story. It was different and would have been beautiful to watch without Mirae's interference. I liked the younger brother although he is immature, he knows his place and allows the parents to solve issues on their own.I would have finished it, but I hated Mirae's character too much that I absolutely could not keep watching.

The drama is being carried by Ji Jin Hee and Kim Ji Soo
Ji Jin Hee and Kim Ji Soo never disappoint. They are carrying the drama, to be honest. The younger cast need to learn acting! Their fanatics should accept that! Sanha is cute though and I want to see more scenes of him with Ji Jin-hee. Waiting for more father-son interactions. Episode 2 was enjoyable and I'm sure that the next episodes will have more surprises. The daughter? I know it's fiction, but I don't think there's any justification for treating your father rudely or with violence. No matter how messed up he is. Rejection doesn't have to amount to that level of disrespect. You cannot justify that behavior!Was this review helpful to you?

This drama was alright, the FL I'm not a fan of her acting and this drama is those dramas that you will only watch onceI wanted to watch it, since it was only 12 episodes.
The Storyline was a bit bleh but there were some funny bits but that was practically all.
Dealing with being the oldest can be alot of pressure, trying to do what's right by everyone can be alot.
The concept for this drama was alright but it just didn't capture my attention and hope it will improve in other genres as well

Pretty basic and nothing life changing. Its supposed to be a comedy and it is really funny at times but the jokes can be over the top and irritating.I liked the premise and loved all the characters it just frustrating to see how shallow and mediocre it was. But it delivers on what you expect and gives you a little more. I liked it and I may revisit it.

A good drama should capture and captivate you from the very first episode. The female actress overplays her role too much. The male actor was barely visible, but he always has the same facial expression in every drama (e.g. The Fabulous, Yumi's Cells). Perhaps directors should go for real actors rather than idols. Unfortunately, the acting and the story are not portrayed well enough in the first episode, so that the desire for the other episodes evaporates. The sound effects make the scenes look like a children's comic, very childish, not authentic or funny. In other dramas, funny scenes without sound effects are also possible, it becomes authentic and normal and not become childish like in Romance in the House. I might watch 2 or 3 more episodes, but will stop after that. Too many idol actors hurt dramas, here's a good example of that!Was this review helpful to you?
Silly and too superficial for me
Without the comedy, it's almost unwatchable. It's silly that this show seems to dignify the actions of an irresponsible father who, after being absent for so long, goes on showing how life has been good without his family and, backed by his newly acquired wealth, now decides to barge into their lives, romance his wife, not minding the feelings of his daughter who has taken the huge responsibility of providing for the family and devoting her life to them. The betrayal she must be feeling doubled by the fact that her little brother easily sided with the father and the mother seems to be getting swayed as well. It's pretty annoying that the father gets a better life while the family is left behind to face the repercussions of his failures. What's even more unfathomable is that he is so confident (almost cocky) that he can romance his way back because he's got money now. This is one very superficial drama.Was this review helpful to you?
A warm a funny story with a good context
I watched two episodes but i'm going to watch until the end so My comment can be edited too the story is so good and well write, mirae i really like her she loved his mom u can feel that (many of us that saw our moms gave everything for us will understand her) and taepyeong is really a green flag here, i saw a little of his story but i'm sure that gonna love bcoz he cares about mirae u can noticed with his little acts for her❤️❤️ my report until now🫡Was this review helpful to you?

" Romance în the house " I can't decide what to start with, so I'll say randomly. I felt the passion, the emotions, the talent, the comedy, the sensitivity... I experienced all these emotions as if they were my own. I loved ♥️Congratulations to the actors, I liked their performance and there was no character that annoyed me, as happens in most series. :))

O drama conta a história de um pai de família sonhador e sem sorte que acaba levando a família a falência. Em consequência disso se separa da esposa e sai de casa. A relação com a filha é difícil pois a mesma guarda muitas mágoas do pai.
Depois de um tempo distante, o pai volta rico tentando retomar os laços com a família, porém enfrenta a resistência da filha e suspeitas de fraudes por parte dos vizinhos com relação a fortuna adquirida de forma misteriosa.
Além da situação familiar dos protagonista, ainda temos o interesse romântico da filha. Ele trabalha como segurança na empresa onde Mirae trabalha e também tem um segredo familiar que o liga ao presidente da empresa.
Confesso que estava muito mais interessada na história do casal de meia idade, os pais da Mirae, do que na história romântica da filha. Nem o rostinho bonito do Choi Minho foi suficiente para deixar a história deles atrativa. Na minha opinião, a personagem Mirae era muito cansativa e parecia que faltava química ao casal. Alias, em geral, faltava carisma as personagens.
E apesar de racionalmente compreender as magoas que Mirae sentia pelo pai, ela deveria deixar os pais decidirem sobre o relacionamento sozinhos.
Enfim, um drama com um roteiro fraco e só finalizei pela curiosidade sobre como o pai conseguiu o dinheiro, o que espertamente deixaram para revelar no penúltimo episódio. Mas a solução desse grande mistério termina por ser decepcionante.

C’était sympa, jusqu’à ce que Mi-Rae monopolise mon taux de patience...
Franchement, j’ai passé un bon moment dans l’ensemble 😌C’est le genre de petit drama tranquille, avec ce côté un peu chaleureux, presque “drama du dimanche” que t’aimes regarder avec ton plaid et un chocolat chaud ☕️🏡☺️
Mais alors… Mi-Rae…
Au début j’étais plutôt attendrie, je me disais “ok, elle est un peu têtue mais ça va…”
Et plus les épisodes passaient, plus elle me tapait sur le système 😅
Ses réactions devenaient de plus en plus exagérées, parfois à côté de la plaque… et j’avais juste envie de lui dire : "calme-toi, meuf, respire un coup... 🙃"
Et son père...
Un amour hein, vraiment 🥹 Mais trop passif...
Genre il veut bien faire, il veut pas la contrarier (c’est mignon), mais à un moment faut poser des limites quoi 😩
J’ai eu l’impression qu’il se laissait marcher dessus pour pas créer de conflits… sauf que du coup c’est moi qui finissais frustrée à leur place 😤😅
Heureusement, y’avait quand même une ambiance sympa, des moments légers, et j’ai aimé certains persos secondaires qui apportaient un peu de fraîcheur 💫
Ça m’a pas transcendée, mais je suis allée au bout sans traîner les pieds, donc y’avait quand même ce petit quelque chose qui me gardait connectée 🧡
Au final, c’est un drama qui fait passer un bon moment, mais il manque un peu de mordant.
Et perso, j’aurais aimé que les personnages se tiennent un peu plus debout face à Mi-Rae, au lieu de tourner autour d’elle comme si elle allait exploser à chaque scène 😅

Kdrama suave
Romance in the House não tem um enredo extraordinário — ele simplesmente gira em torno de uma família. No entanto, é um kdrama bem escrito e que narra a dinâmica familiar, destaca suas lutas e crescimento; o relacionamento de Mirae e Taepyeong é leve, são um casal saudável com boas interações e que se comunicam sem desencontros desnecessários.
